This beautiful 4 bedroom home with 4 bathrooms is the perfect place for your next family vacation. With its spacious layout, 3 bedroom set up with queen size beds. #4 bedroon with desk and chair and sofa set as well use to office.private poo hot tub jacuzzi, and convenient location, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The home features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large island with seating. The open concept living and dining area is perfect for entertaining, and the large windows let in plenty of natural light.

There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in the home, making it ideal for large families or groups. The master suite has its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The backyard is a private oasis, with a sparkling pooland hot tub jacuzzi.
plenty of space to relax and play. There's also a BBQ grill and patio furniture, so you can cook meals and enjoy them outdoors.

The home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just a short drive to the American River, shopping, and dining. You'll be close to all the attractions that the area has to offer, but you'll also have a place to relax and unwind at the end of the day.

Quiet and comfortable home in nice neighborhood
Home was clean and comfortable, a bit outdated inside, however, hosts were responsive to our inquiries. Water & wine glasses were not located in kitchen cabinets but rather in a china cabinet in the dining room.

Pleasant oasis for a summer getaway with friends
The host was extremely reasonable with a last minute adjustment that we requested to our reservation, and we were very grateful for that. He demonstrated a level of compassion that is rare for these services. The listing has some conflicting details - 5 bedrooms per the narrative, 4 bedrooms per the graphical orientation. In reality, there are 4 bedrooms, but only 3 of them have queen beds/linen.

Nice house
The house is great. Good neighborhood. Unfortunately we had to wait an extra hour past check-in before we were allowed in the house. We rented the house for the pool; 3:00 is the check in, but the owners were still cleaning until 4:00. When we arrived at 3:40, we had to wait another 20 minutes in the heat! And because the pool is shaded by 5:30(ish) we only got a good hour to swim. But after a disappointing check-in, the place was fine. Not very comfortable furniture, but it was fine for a night.

We came down from Washington state to visit my husband's brother and family, The house was cool and them and the children enjoyed the pool. it was very hot, so it was an added bonus.

A few things to note
We loved our stay at this beautiful home. The pool was a perfect way to beat the heat. The accommodations felt safe and were in good condition. To clarify the listing information, the home has three bedrooms with double beds in each. There is a fourth bedroom with a couch, chair and desk. Also found the kitchen amenities sparse compared to other places we have stayed, but we were able to make do.

Roomy, quiet house
House is very nice and roomy. Perfect for a family. The pool looked inviting but it was a little too chilly for us to use it. Zhong was very responsive when we had an issue and took care of things immediately. This would be a perfect house if you need to work remotely as there were several areas to set up your space.

We enjoyed our visit very much. The house is very spacious and clean. Washer/dryer worked well. Beds are comfy. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the pool/spa, it looked beautiful. The host was very responsive when we had one minor issue. Great location with a grocery store close by.
