Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience at our hotel.Our property had a hot water issue in January and now the issue is resolved. Since the office is closed from 6-7 AM, night window is always open to drop the keys from outside.

If you stayed in the hotel then there is no refund as we inform the guest before checking in into the hotel.

Hello, SumithraThank you for your input. We apologize for the inconvenience. However, I want to let you know that California is home to a large number of homeless people. San Francisco is the state's primary home for the homeless. You said it wasn't safe for families, however as of now, there have been no incidents in our hotel. They remain under the bridge but don't bother the visitors. Despite our repeated calls to the police, they only came to warn them; the county did not offer them any protection. We apologize once again.

We appreciate your comment and are sorry to hear that your stay at our hotel was less than satisfactory. Please tell me the room number you were in so that I can have the maintenance man to check all the mattresses and beds for bugs because we do pest control every three months. We regret for the inconvenience.

We are maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in our two-star hotel which is recognised by many other guests if you go to online reviews.
