Entire property was a disappointment. Parking was confusing to get to. Hotel entry had many many young adults yelling, laughing & wrestling. Check in took 20minutes & staff were efficient but unfriendly/unwelcoming . Room was clean with minimal amenities($106. per night) Bellhops were very friendly/informative. There were many street engaged people hovering around the hotel which made us feel unsafe to even go outside. We had requested an ocean view & got the back of hotel facing a bus station. From 5a-midnight there were buses beeping while backing up to get out.The window glass was so thin that we could here people talking on the sidewalk and we were on the 4th floor. Several times in the night there was laughing and yelling in the hallway. Someone ran down the hall banging on all the doors laughing. We checked out a day early. When I explained to the manager why, she apologized but didn't seem to care at all. She said I wouldnt get a refund,
which was fine. Sent me away with "ok, all done, you can go". Went down to get my car ($67per night) and found that I couldn't leave without validation. Back upstairs. Manager gave me a card to scan, without any care. Asked if I would be getting a refund for the unused parking/resort fees? She said she didn't know how to issue a refund and had to go in the back. We waited 25 minutes. She returned and said refund was complete. I asked for a receipt. It took 4days to show on my card. We stayed at 5 other hotelsandeveryonereturnedfundsimmediately withinhoursofcheckouteckingeoutndant ws parking
