Yllätä erityinen joku paeta tähän viehättävään kuljetuskotiin, joka sijaitsee kuuluisassa merenrantayhteisössä. Mukana jaetut uima-altaat (saatavana maksua vastaan), helppo pääsy rannalle ja kaikki kodin mukavuudet, lomasi lupaa olla vaivaton, joten voit viettää aikaa tutkimiseen!



Sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Floridan valkoisen hiekkarannan viehättävistä rannoista, olet alle kahden mailin päässä Grayton Beachin osavaltion puistosta ja hieman alle 30 mailin päässä Panama City Beachistä. Valitse luonnonkaunis moottoritie 30A hauska päiväretki tai pysy täällä ja rentoudu rannalla.



Juuri kuistilla sijaitsevien Adirondack-tuolien ohi, tärkein oleskelutila tervehtii sinua virkistävällä keskuslämmityksellä ja rikkailla parkettilattialla. Kaisuta rakkaudenistuimella katsellessasi suosikki kaapelishowsi taulutelevisiossa. Tuo suosikki DVD-levysi ja sukella kulhoon kuumaa voivoidetta popcornia saadaksesi elokuvan sisäisen päivämäärän.



Vatkaa herkullinen cocktail, kun taas yksityinen pesukone / kuivausrumpu tekee pyykin. Nauti takaisin patiolle, kun siemailet juomaasi ja yhdistä langattomaan verkkoon varataksesi varauksen paikallisessa ravintolassa.



Kuuntele musiikkia stereosta, kun työskentelet jotain maukasta pienikokoisessa minikeittiössä. Mikroaaltouuni, kahvinkeitin ja täysikokoinen jääkaappi, muutama pieni purenta tai joidenkin jäämien lämmittäminen ovat pala kakkua. Tämä yhden makuuhuoneen, yhden kylpyhuoneen koti on täydellinen kahdelle ihmiselle romanttisen paeta (korkeintaan 3 vieras, enintään kaksi aikuista). Yläkerran makuuhuoneessa hoidetaan queen-size-vuode, suora pääsy parvekkeelle ja pieni oleskelualue. Kylpyhuoneessa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä ja moderni turhamaisuus.



Ota aamukahvia kahvia ja kevyt aamiainen parvekkeelle ja nauti makeasta merituulesta. Valmista kaikki rannatarvikkeet valmiiksi hauskaan päivään hiekalla. Kävele rantaa pitkin tai varaa matka avomerelle tutustuaksesi paikalliseen merielämään sukellusretkellä.



Kävele kadulle keskusaukion päälle ja vaeltele viehättävien kauppojen läpi löytääksesi täydellisen matkamuiston muistaaksesi matkasi. Suuntaa Grayton Beachin osavaltion puistoon ja vuokraa kajakki meloakseen vesien läpi ja napsauttamalla muutama laukaus rehevään maisemaan. Hemmottele erityistä henkilöäsi hauskasti illalla omituisella Red Barilla.

The location is the ONLY perk of this place. Don't be deceived by the cute outter appearance and location. We would have spent the money to stay somewhere else further from the beach, had we known how bad this place was going to be. We were there on our babymoon hoping for an enjoyable, relaxing stay… only to find stains on the headboard and one of the pillow cases, bugs on the bed and the most uncomfortable bed!! And a big reason we booked this place aside from location is that it had a washer and dryer and kitchen… but the dryer doesn’t even work! They don’t even have salt & pepper for you, no coffee supplied, no dish soap to do dishes & no dishwasher, they left us two toilet paper rolls for 4 days, there was no trash bags to replace any trash. We had to go to the store for quite a few things that SHOULD BE SUPPLIED somewhere like this. Especially for the amount of money paid. To add, there is no comfortable seating area except a futon that is hard as a rock, the bathroom smells like mold probably because there is little to no ventilation, and a hot shower heats up the whole house. Oh and the blinds in the bedroom don’t even fully cover the window so people can still see in. We will not stay here again and do not recommend. Very disappointed in the money we spent here.

The location is phenomenal with walking access to the beach, restaurants, food trucks and shops. However, the cottage was a little rundown and needs to be updated. I made sure to message the manager of all of the broken blinds so I wouldn’t be charged. Ventilation in bathroom is nonexistent even when you open windows there’s no way for the heat to get out so everything turns damp and humid in the room. Oh and door upstairs wouldn’t lock. Other than those items we enjoyed our stay and again, location was phenomenal and management was kind!

My dad had a heart attack while we were at the unit. I asked Vacasa if we could get even a small refund for the days we couldn’t be there since we had to leave to attend to him. The said no. Very disappointing and greedy. I’m a single mom and only have a small budget for vacations. I hope they reconsider this policy in the future. In the meantime, I won’t be using Vacasa anymore.

The home was so filthy that my daughter and I could not stay there. A Vacasa representative named Deb called me after viewing pictures of the stains and absolute filth and said they would refund me and asked if I would send my invoice for the hotel we had to stay in. I sent it and then was told by a text service that I would be refunded but not compensated for our hotel. Not only are they lying online to potential clients, they are also lying over the phone to current clients. Not only is this home unclean, it is unsafe due to the mold all over bathroom ceiling, questionable stains on couch, chair, fabric headboard and bed skirt. No cleaning crew came like the Vacasa Rep assured. We were forced to leave and had to pay for a hotel. Only one room was left in the whole area and we had to stay in 2 different rooms, for 2 different nights, forcing us to pack up every day and wait for another possible room. This was the worst VRBO experience I have ever had.

Blinds on several windows broken and missing slats. Ironing board bent and stained. Headboard of bed stained. There is room for a chest or at least a luggage stand but there is no place to put your bags but on the floor. Light fixture in bathroom falling off wall and lightbulb burned out. No extra blanket as the ac blows right on you all night. For the location i expect more.

Upon arrival on Sunday evening the downstairs air cond. was broke , didn’t want to bother on a Sunday evening, so we contacted the manger on Monday morning , and repairs was scheduled that day , advised them to call us since our pet was in the home when they was coming , as late evening came we was still advised they was coming Monday for service, so all day Monday was spent staying around seaside so we could get back in short notice, it was a no show , they advised on Tuesday they was coming and we had done made plans to be in destin and I advised just to forget about repairing cause we was going to leave a day early and that was Wednesday morning early ,then when we came back from destin we walked in the home to find a young man installing a portable air cond. downstairs , he was very nice and polite but they was advised to let us know so we could be there with our pet, the place was very disappointing for seaside, when I booked I seen a/c repair was back several months but kinda figured it was repaired, blinds on doors was a wreck , bathroom ceiling had mold on it , location is the only thing going for it, we feel like we wasted Monday waiting on the repairs, and we decide to leave early , sorry but this location will never be a option for us , house is in desperate need of some repair,

This is a precious little hideaway and the location could not be better. The homeowners really do need to address the mold in the bathroom as it was over the entire bathroom ceiling and floor around the bathtub. Other than the mold issue it is a perfect little getaway minutes from the beach and Seaside Square!

The listing looked great and the location was great. The location was the only reason it got at least one star. It's one block from the beach entrance. That's the only good part of the story. Upon entering the rental, there was a strong musty smell. Found out it was due to the downstairs wall A/C unit dripping on the hardwood floor. Those planks were covered in black mold. The floor molding around the upstairs bathtub/shower was rotted, mushy, and covered in black mold. The wood floor planks next to the tub were likewise covered in black mold. The cloth outer shower curtain had black mold in patches. When we left and pulled back the bed sheets, the bed is covered in discolored spots presumably mold. Glad we didn't see that on the first day. The one couch had multiple stains on the cushions. Nearly all of the blinds were broken in one way or another. The kitchen had 2 spoons, 2 knifes, and 1 fork. There was a coffee pot but no filters. Immediately upon arriving, we notified Vacasa (the property management company) of the strong musty smell but received only a form response welcoming us to the rental. Didn't hear anything else from them until the standard "checkout" email. Terrible waste of money. Don't stay here!
