This property I fell in love with first the colored rooms we got to enjoy 2 because we extended our stay and we got the blue room then the yellow and green room the surprise of seeing what color you get is the so much fun ❤️❤️ The people there from start to finish helped us and were so lovely it’s walking distance to everything and the ice cream / take out restaurant next door had the bestttt food for any new travelers like we were it’s the best place really ❤️❤️❤️ Oh and the breakfast lol was enough to feed a army and very delicious loved loved it and can’t wait to be there again ❤️❤️❤️❤️

excellent location and bright airy room in a great location. Our room faced the street, but it was still quiet with the shutters closed and we had a little balcony around the corner that gave us ocean views. The main downside is that the building has water problems - the first night there was gurgling sounds as though a hot tub above our room left the bubbler on, but the second night it was a water pump that cycled all night and could be heard even with ear plugs. The shower was also a poor design that leaked all over the rest of the bathroom.

The hotel was in a great location with fantastic views. The hotel is located in Imerovigli which is an ideal location between Thira and Oia. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. We wanted to hire a quad bike and the hotel staff said what time and it was there the next day ready. The breakfast was pleasant and the rooms were good value for money. We were lucky enough to have the room with the jacuzzi which had amazing views especially in the evening and the water was warm. I do think the hotels could do with a fresh coat of paint. I would suggest white rooms would look better than the current green.

This is a wonderful hotel and the staff made it perfect! Vangelis and his team took their time to ensure we had anything we needed. They are professionals! We were in the purple room (lilac as my wife called it) and it seemed recently refurbished with everything perfectly in order. The location was excellent and Vangelis was very helpful in giving us ideas of things to do and see. His team truly made the visit special.

We were very pleased with the property, the staff and the visit overall! Vangelis and his team truly put forth the best effort in making our stay perfect. They took time to be very personal, getting to know what we needed, and they did whatever it took to ensure they exceeded the need. The room appeared to be recently refurbished and was quite nice. We were in the purple room (lilac as my wife called it) and it had a great view and everything was in perfect order. We liked the area as it was easy to get to many things that we wanted to see. Vangelis was quick to make suggestions and his ideas were wonderful. This is a wonderful hotel and the staff made it perfect! We would absolutely stay here again!

Das Senses Boutique Hotel liegt in Imerovigli und ist schön angelegt. Wir hatten von unserem Balkon aus einen traumhaften Blick auf die Caldera. Auch das Zimmer an sich ist hübsch gestaltet, geräumig und sauber. Doch gibt es dennoch einige Kritikpunkte, die unseres Erachtens in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie nicht sein dürften: im Bad ließ sich der Duschknopf nicht feststellen und ebenso wenig schloss die Duschtür, so dass man zwangsläufig das Bad beim Duschen flutete. Ja, an der Zimmerdecke war der Schimmel unübersehbar. Das Frühstück war am ersten Tag noch prima, doch bereits an Tag zwei ging einem die Monotonie der exakt gleichen Zusammenstellung der Frühstüchszutaten ( Joghurt mit eingelegtem Obst, Banane, Äpfel, Baguette, Butter, abgepackter Käse und Wurst je zwei Scheiben, etwas Tomate, Feta und Oliven) auf die Nerven. Selbst in günstigen Pensionen bekommt man mehr Abwechslung. Da könnte man deutlich mehr daraus machen, hat es aber wahrscheinlich nicht nötig.

Clean, nice pool, good value
For Santorini in July this property was reasonably priced and gave good value. Super clean and very courteous staff. Room was whimsical (we had a yellow theme) with a cute yet small balcony. Nice view. The pool area was clean and attractive with enough chaises longues. Terrific view from the decks and terraces around the pool. Really liked the location in Imeroviglia. Breakfast ok and was delivered on time but you had to make your own coffee. Bed was a king and very comfortable.

We loved Senses hotel! It is in the most beautiful area with fantastic views on the balcony, so romantic. We enjoyed our breakfast every day, plenty of food. It is located near the path that leads to Fira or Oia which is really handy, we loved the location and really enjoyed our stay!

Would recommend!
Our stay at Senses was wonderful. The boutique hotel is truly unique as each room is different. The villa we stayed in had a separate balcony that overlooked the cliffside of Santorini. The beds were comfortable. The only downside was how tiny the corner triangle shower was but the rest of the room and hotel overall was beautiful. The weather was too chilly to enjoy the pool which seemed much smaller in real-life than in the picture. The staff was very friendly and it was a nice treat to have breakfast delivered every morning. The breakfast selection is limited but plenty of food for breakfast. Our trip was during the off season so it seemed like most of the local restaurants were closed. The hotel is close enough to walk to Fira but need to cab to Oia. The staff helped with booking cabs and renting a car for us.

Excellent stay
Our stay was excellent. They upgraded our room to Premium for free and the room was spacious with all the amenities you need. Super clean and the staff were very nice . Delicious breakfast and they served the food in your room whatever time you choose. The hotel is near the bus stop which is a good choice of transportation to go around the island.Glad we stayed in that hotel.

Best hotel stay - will definitely return!
We stayed in the queen suite, and truly believed that was the best suite in the hotel. The view from our balcony was amazing, as you get a view of all the white buildings, the caldera and the Aegean Sea. The balcony is not ground level, but up just a few stairs outside of the room. Breakfast is delivered in a box each morning to your room. We enjoyed it each morning on the balcony which was amazing with the views. The queen suite also has a private plunge pool (jacuzzi) on the balcony, enclosed in almost a 'cave-like' atmosphere, with lights for a night swim. Because of that, our jacuzzi was truly private, compared to other hotel suite jacuzzis. Most of them are on ground level and have tourists walking by, however because the queen suite's balcony is elevated and the jacuzzi is enclosed, it is actually private. The room was spacious, and always clean. The location of the hotel is also great as it is situation in Imerovigli (right between Fira and Oia). There is a bus stop just a few minutes walk outside of the hotel, or you can rent an ATV to get around the island, and park it for free at the hotel. Overall, our stay was amazing and we would definitely return to Santorini and stay at Senses again!

Cute boutique hotel right by the beach & town
Great experience at Senses. The hotel staff was so responsive and helped us to check in early as we arrived on an early flight. They also had a delicious free breakfast one of the days we were there. It's in a great location and definitely would not hesitate to recommend this place to others.

Quiet and relaxing boutique hotel!
We had a wonderful stay in the family suite at Senses Boutique last week! This very unique "room" had a cave like feel to it with an upstairs loft which our girls loved! It is whitewashed and decorated very tastefully. The mattresses were very comfortable and the bedding warm and soft. There is a hutch with dishes and wine glasses, a mini fridge, toaster, coffee maker, cereal and snacks. Aside from all this, you can place an order for breakfast the evening before and it is delivered at the time you specify in baskets...we felt spoiled with all this attention! The Senses has a very special staff that aims to please and they never make you feel like you are asking too much. We received help with dinner suggestions and reservations, taxi rides, calls to confirm a tour we were scheduled to take, as well as airport transfers. They truly go above and beyond and we enjoyed our stay immensely!

Senses early spring booking
Service was excellent from the welcome to the "offered without asking" breakfast pack for an early departure. Staff were always friendly and courteous. Suggest that a small microwave be added to rooms since the coffee maker for hot water is not adequate and snack meals have to be warmed especially in early spring. Stay was great - highly recommended.

When we get picked up from the airport we got the information the hotel is overbooked because of a misunderstanding. We have been droped off at Andormeda Suites which was really good because of the good view. Thats why we only can rate Senses as average.

eine Perle mitten in Imerovigli sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. wir bewohnten die Queen suite mit privatem whirlpool in höhlenoptik. gerade nach dem Sonnenuntergang hatte man von der terrasse einen tollen blick auf die leuchtenden häuser am kraterrand. restaurants und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer nähe. direkt an dem Kraterrandweg zwischen fira und oia gelegen.

Nice hotel with a great location in Imerovigli. Great facilities, excellent staff. Although located in Imerovigli, the hotel does not have the best views. Rooms are, however, very comfortable.

A little piece of heaven in Santorini
The hotel is such a haven in a busy island of Santorini. The room is beautiful, tastefully decorated and fully equipped with amazing views. The only negative is the shower room is very small but then there are lovely complimentary toiletries. The breakfast comes served in a small crate each morning and the servings are very generous. The area is peaceful and the rooms quiet . The staff even provide guests with a free mobile phone with the hotel contact details just in case they become lost. Now that is being considerate

We were so excited to arrive at Senses - we decided to splurge on a suite per the pictures and descriptions we had read online and particularly bc we wanted to be able to wake-up to a sea view as we're on our honeymoon. Arriving to our room we were very disappointed. There was no view of the sea from our room bc there were zero windows on that side, I was told we needed to exit the room to see the sea. That was disappointment #1. Then the smell of the bathroom where the shower leaked, the free bfast consisted of cheap mini yogurts (not even greek yogurt, the sugary cheap kind), the smallest croissant I've ever seen (2in maybe?) and unripe peaches and the private jacuzzi we had on our terrace (again, bc we invested in a suite) we cdnt even use bc when we turned it on, it was so dirty neither of us wanted to touch whatever remained from the last guests. The gentleman at the front desk was also very abrupt. Perhaps it was his lack of english or maybe it truly was his personality but we felt like we were really annoying him as we checked in and out and asked about a taxi one day and asked if there was any lotion (a standard amenity for even basic hotels, but you'd def assume for a boutique hotel of this price). Unfortunately our experience is not at all what we envisioned the kick-off to our honeymoon to be :( much less for the money we spent. Could someone from Senses contact me to discuss? Were our expectations to have a clean room with a sea view & quality bfast unrealistic?

Beware when you book with Hotels.com!!!
We were robbed!!!! We paid for 2 rooms and were told that they were overbooked and needed to put us up at another hotel, Andromeda, a few minutes away. It turned out Andromeda was a subpar accommodation with bad service from the poolside restaurant to the front office. Senses Boutique Hotel was totally irresponsible and unethical to accept our payment for the rooms they had promised and conveniently moved their guests to another hotel. Hotels.com MUST take responsibility for such a bait and switch maneuver by one of your listings. Like many of your customers, I have trusted my vacation with you and you have spoiled it entirely.

The hotel was in a great location with great views and quiet pool area. Staff were excellent as well as the room condition. Great idea having breakfast delivered every morning to your room. Fira is within walking distance and Oia easy accessible by the local bus stop. A shame there is no bar around the pool but it's very close to shops and a very nice cocktail bar!!!

Some great rooms, but beware!!!
I stayed in a large group, so I got to see about half the rooms in this hotel. The absolute best rooms in this hotel are the Queen, King, and Master (in that order). The others are not as nice. The petite sweet is basically a closet with a bathroom, the yellow room is a disturbing neon day-glo yellow, and most rooms seem to be around 16 square meters (200 square feet). We had several people in our party leave after 1 night due to the their rooms. The location is perfect, I enjoyed this locale much mor than Oia. There are shops, food, and amazing views of the caldera. The pool is quite nice. The receptionist are nice, but only present from 7:30a to midnight. There are very difficult to get on the phone is something happens during the night. I would only stay here if in the Queen, King, or Master room.
