Perfect villa
It was a lovely stay, everything was just perfect! Stylish villa with private jacuzzi, we just loved the place. Very near to Oia and next to the very good winery :) Wish we could stay longer..

Absolutely loved our stay here while exploring Santorini! We highly recommend this bright and beautiful villa. It was very clean, comfortable & had great amenities. Yota is so lovely and helped us to arrange all of our transportation etc. There is a lovely winery right across the road which served the best meal of our trip. A perfect retreat right near Oia but away from the crowds! We will definitely come back!

We loved our stay at Vino Houses. Yota was a wonderful host who sat down with us when we checked to find out what we were interested in doing during our stay. She made a restaurant booking for us and organised a boat cruise which was a highlight of our stay. The property was comfortable and had everything we needed.

OMG.... this property was outstanding, every detail was covered from top to bottom. The breakfast was hot and fresh every morning and prepared to our request. The unit was spacious, airy and extremely clean. The owner was friendly and very helpful with arranging tours, taxis and airport transportation. I would definitely stay here again!

The best! Can we go back now?
We had an amazing stay at Vino Houses. It looked exactly like the pictures. Yota was an incredible host, giving us great advice, a beautiful welcome for our honeymoon, and helped us by booking us on a perfect boat cruise. The villa was so peaceful and felt very private and spacious. We got a lot of walking in which we enjoyed but it might be nice to rent a car for a longer stay. We loved everything about Vino Houses.

Best spot in the island
Staying at Vino Houses was the best decision we made, starting with the host (Yota) and ending up in the location, comfort and the villa conditions. Highly recommended for couples or families and top-notch customer care!

Loved it
We stayed in the Vinsanto suite. It was amazing just as described and very clean, welcoming and felt private. Location was great for us as it was just outside the craziness of Oia and we had rented a scooter. The breakfast was fresh and filling. Yota was probably the highlight of the stay. She is an amazing host and very informative about things to do and see in santorini. She was helpful and offered to set up rides for us if we needed it. She was friendly and inviting makes you feel like home. Thanks for everything. We would definitely return.

Perfection!
I stayed in the beautiful Athiri villa of Vino Houses with a friend of mine. It was my pre-wedding trip with girlfriends, before the big “I Do”. It’s off the beaten path and south of the famous village of Oia. It’s secluded, where all you hear are birds chirping and the sea as your view. It was so peaceful staying there. There is a pedestrian walkway almost right next to Vino Houses, where you can walk into town and to the main st. of Oia; it’s about a 15 min walk. It was nice that Oia was close enough to walk to, so we could catch the sunset but to be able to come back to Vino Houses to just relax and be away from all the hustle and bustle was priceless. The Athiri villa itself was so stunning. You’d never get that space and size for the price it is being offered at for something in the main area of Oia. It was like having your own little house. We had a 2 bedroom, with living and dining space. Plus, the amazing patio with our own personal pool with jets. Every morning they served us the most amazing breakfast on the patio, so you can just take in the sun and view of the sea. It’s also walking distance to Domaine Sigalas. I am still daydreaming of my time there. I’d recommend anyone and everyone to stay there. It was definitely the highlight of my trip. The service that Yota, (manager/owner) provides you is such high quality. She makes you feel like family and that you’re coming home to visit.

STAY HERE! SO CUTE + CLEAN + QUIET!
The owner of Vino houses is a very sweet kinda lady who cares a lot about her business and customers. We were able to rent ATVs that were brought to Vino Houses. Oia is a quick ATV ride away, and honestly it was nice being away from the crowded area of Oia and Santorini. This place is quiet and in the middle of the country side but a very quick ride... They brought us breakfast every morning! Oia and other parts of Santorini were really crowded and stressful. This place is very new, clean and well decorated. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend Vino Houses to anyone traveling to Santorini.

Very nice Hotel, we liked it a lot. Yota, was a great host. Very helpful with everything. The place was clean and super nice. It is located on the quieter side of the island but Oia and Fira are easy to reach with a scooter, car or something. We liked it, because it's more private as to be in the middle. The breakfast was great. We had really nice days. We would definitely go there again :)

Maleducazione dello staff, costi esagerati sia per la location (in mezzo al nulla è troppo lontana dalle spiagge) che per il servizio offerto. Non concepisco come in una CASA con due fornelli si abbia solo una pentola e nessun mestolo per cucinare. Proprietaria invadente, poco professoniale e maleducata. La colazione tutt'e le mattine era in ritardo e le uova e il bacon erano sempre freddi e molte volte non mettevano i cibi ordinati la sera precedente. Di sicuro per la cifra che abbiamo speso mi aspettavo molto di più, assolutamente non ci torneremo più !

We are very happy to receive feedbacks from our guest as we work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, something you can see yourself from the overall reviews from our guests regarding the property, the personnel and the location. As our first priority is to satisfy your requests we daily changed all your towels (face, body, jacuzzi) and bath robes even though the ones not used, after your requests. The jacuzzi has been tempered over the 40o C, after your request, something that it is not allowed from the general rules in Greece. The safety of our guests is a priority for us but we overpassed our rules after your requests. We think that the flexibility that we give to the breakfast time to our visitors as well as the variety that we offer is almost unique and very enjoyable, as you can see from the overall of our reviews. As soon as you have left, we noticed that you haven't pay us the mini bar that you have used and that you have hidden the bottles and the rest that has been remained from the mini bar in a place that it wasn't easy to be found. This was the reason that we contacted you immediately (to settle the mini bar and to find out where you have hidden the rest of it). Finally as far as the location is concerned, the property is 2 minutes away from the crowdie center of Oia in a very relaxing environment and the beach is 500 meters away. Please check our map. Just Bliss !
We split our stay in Santorini first on the cliffs of Oia to Vino Houses set in the Vineyards not far from Oia! We stayed in Vinsanto on the upper level, it was perfect. The interiors are done with such thought and are relaxing and contemporary and very clean.The jacuzzi overlooked the vineyards and perfect spot to watch the sun go down. The quality of the bedlinen and towels superb not to mention the beautiful breakfast. It is in walking distance to an absolute treasure 'The Finikia Village' and if it weren't for Yota our wonderful host whom welcomed us so warmly and showered us with some great advice and recommendations we would have missed it. In hindsight I wished we had stayed here first as Yota has some magical spots to recommend which we ran out of time seeing all of them. I would recommend these to both families and couples or even if your organising a family reunion, it is the perfect spot for a great gathering as perfect spaces and a host who is passionate about making your stay magical! Thank you again Yota, we loved it.

Amazing Villa just outside the madness of Oia!
Yota was amazing and very detailed to make sure our stay was nothing but the best! She arranged transportation to and from the villa. She arranged ATV rentals within minutes of our arrival. The unit is in brand new excellent condition and all facilities are beyond expectations. Breakfast was custom chosen and filling. All in all, excellent quiet location located just outside the madness of Oia but within 5 minutes reach. Would highly recommend Yota and her Villas to anyone.

Beautiful hotel, quiet and centrally located.
We loved our stay. It was a gorgeous spot with a fantastic vineyard across the street and an old walled town just a walk up the hill. We could easily grab a bite at local restaurants or take a short drive to Oia or Fira for greater crowds and choices. We would highly recommend this place if you want to relax in Santorini.

Beautiful Hotel near Winery
Vino house is probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Although I was there for such a short period of time, it was enough to appreciate the decor and the hot tub! It is located a 10 euro ride to oia where everything is and a 5 min walk to a winery that for 25 euros you can wine taste 15 wines.

One of the best experiences ever in Greece!
After one month of touring Crete we had decided to end our holiday with a short stay in Santorini and opted for Vino Houses. It was one of the best two experiences during our holiday! The family greeting us at this property could not have been more friendly and helping. They all speak English and are very dynamic and attentive to details. The property is brand new, very beautifully decorated, with a traditional white and blue Santorini look and with all the amenities you could wish even a small Jacuzzi which we did not use but which added to the beauty of it all. What we loved most was the fact that after walking the busy streets of Oia, watching the sunset and dining out we could get back to that other side of Oia, a few hundred yards away, among the vineyards and sleep in complete silence. In the morning our scrumptious breakfast was served very professionally by a white-clad lady, which made us feel like we were staying in a five-star hotel. Within walking distance is the Sigalas winery: don’t miss it. They offer two wine tasting options, one including only dry wines for 16 euros and one complete for 23 euros. Tasting takes place in a very pleasant terrace overlooking a small experimental vineyard and the sea and a young lady comes to your place to explain all about winemaking in Santorini. Thank you Giota, Franck and John for all your advice. We wish you the best on your project and hope to see you again some time in Paris.

Relaxing stay in santorini's wine country
We just enjoyed a delightful 4 night stay at Vino Houses. The villa (we stayed in #1) was tastefully decorated and well equipped. If we were to return, I would request a villa on the top floor for added privacy. Definitely recommend renting a car as it is a short drive to Finikia and Oia. Heaven in Oia village
Can't really express the beauty of this little island in here. One of the best ever experience! Me and wife stayed here for 6 days and tgere is no regret. The staff at this property are really very friendly and helping. Both Frank amd John took extra care for us and told us everything we need to know about the island. Special thanks for John for arranging our karamaran tour which was again breath taking! Kelly took care of our daily needs such as breakfast and cleaning which was never disappointing. The property is very beautiful, well maintained and has a very traditional greek/ santorini look which is all white and blue with a nice little private jaccuzi bath tub. The only thing which i may suggest is that if you guys can have a shuttle/ taxi service included in the package to Oia for the guests, then it would be a perfect package for anyone. As it is a bit difficult to walk everytime to Oia. We would never forget the time spent here ever! As I said, one of the best experience ever.

Vino Houses are a lovely set of apartments near Oia. The only other accommodations we found in this price range were busy looking resorts, so this is a great deal for the peace and quiet. It is possible to walk to Oia town centre but it would be a tough uphill walk. I'd recommend hiring a car to easily explore the island and escape the busy towns at the end of the day. Frank and John were friendly and helpful with advice as well as booking a boat tour for us, while Kelly was an absolute star! Every morning she started our day with a smile and great breakfast including fresh tomatoes, cucumber or watermelon - straight from the property's garden. Our apartment had two double bedrooms so it would be ideal for a family or two couples sharing. The furniture and fittings were new and very well maintained. Our apartment also included our own small pool on the veranda. It was a nice touch to give us a mobile phone so we could contact the staff instead of using our own phones. After informing Giota that my wife is pregnant she researched and provided us with emergency contacts before we arrived, fortunately they weren't necessary but this did put our minds at ease making it even easier to relax. The property includes 4 other apartments but we barely noticed the other guests. All-in-all we were very pleased with Vino Houses as our choice and would highly recommend it.

Meraviglioso appartamento a due passi da Oia.
Meravigliosa struttura di nuovissima costruzione, dotata di tutti i comfort, posizionata a due passi dal centro di Oia, la famosa località da dove è possibile osservare il tramonto più bello dell'isola. Il proprietario e lo staff sono sempre disponibili per qualsiasi evenienza e richiesta. Pulizia e servizi al top. Per ogni appartamento, è presente una vasca idromassaggio privata. CONSIGLIATISSIMO
