Great Location On the beach
Other reviewers have said same thing which I echo. Our unit faced the beach which was dated but location made up for it. Overall it was fine. I wish they provided a pizza pan for the oven. That is probably the one big complaint we had. The shower pressure isn’t the greatest and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. There’s a heated pool. Pool is small but comfortable and the seating area around the pool is nice. We spent some time on the green turf space next to the pool where they have a bean bag toss game and giant jenga set. They have three cabanas in the green turf space which is first come first served. We sat there a few times but there’s sand on the mattresses so we didn’t want to lay on it. There were always available beach chairs with people coming and going so we never had issues getting a soot on the beach. It’s so nice being right on the beach and being able to walk up and down the shore. We saw a dolphin one morning which was a treat. We saw people with golf carts but honestly that seems pointless because they still have to deal with traffic so I don’t know how that is better than having a car. At least with a car you have AC if it’s hot. Some restaurants require reservations so call ahead to inquire. We went to the Coquina Beach Market one day which is a must do. Overall the rental met our needs but would not rent again. We would try a different place if we come back.

The upper rooms on beach front have a great view. It’s a great beach as well. It was nice having a small kitchen. However, the rooms are very dated considering what we paid nightly. There is no guarantee you have a chair and umbrella even though the 12% service fee states the fee is associated with chair, umbrella, cleaning etc. We opted out of room cleaning and the site said a do not disturb package would be left each day, but it wasn’t. We had a nice visit, but feel we overpaid for what we received.

Nice property!
Process of renting was very easy. Very nice property and pool/lounge area was excellent! Only issues was The online listing showed two bedrooms in the pictures, but ended up being a one bedroom unit.

Wonderful Experience
We are happy with our decision to stay at Bali Hai. From the moment we reserved our unit, to the time we checked out, everything was wonderful. ( the front desk staff were great to work with, check in was fast and smooth, the unit was exactly as described, and the unit was very clean with everything we needed. Overall, We had such a experience and now this is one of our favorite locations in Florida. We want to return and stay at the same resort. Staying beachfront/oceanfront and having beach chairs set out for us by their staff each day, topped off this amazing experience.

Great Beachfront Property
This location was AMAZING!! I have never stayed so close to the beach and we go often. The only negative is the unit needs updating but besides that it’s top notch!!!! Will go again!!

Beach Front Bliss
We had a very relaxed stay at Bali Hai! We stayed in the first floor older units facing the beach, which had a great views but are dated. We were told they were being renovated this spring 2021. If booking prior to renovation the second floor units have a better ocean view abs more balcony privacy. The brand new beach side units looked lovely. The pool area and cabanas were very nice. Grounds were well kept and front desk staff friendly and helpful. The poolside staff was low key and pleasant, nice touch for a small resort! Daily room cleaning and towel change was nice. The beach area was mellow and beach tractors came by each day to grade the beach sand. Saturday was the busiest day with locals coming off the mainland. Having access to free beach bikes was fun. They could use some new chains or some oil and proper locks that work.
