Toivotamme mielellämme toivottaa sinut tervetulleeksi rannallesi "kotoa kotoa" Castle Beach House -hotelliin ... jossa pyrimme jatkuvasti päivittämään mukavuuksia ja mukavuuksia, jotta ansaitsemastasi lomasta tulee huoleton ja virkistävä, tekemällä arvokkaita muistoja perhe ja ystävät.

Kotimme on erinomainen perheille, etenkin nuorille perheille, ja on ihanteellinen retriitteille ja tapaamisille. Vuokraamme ryhmille, jos jokainen ryhmän henkilö on 28-vuotias tai vanhempi.

Tämä tilava 4 makuuhuoneen - 2 kylpyhuoneen Townsend Inlet -koti on vain kahden ja puolen lyhyen korttelin päässä merestä ja yhden korttelin lahdelle. Nauti henkeäsalpaavista auringonlaskuista kosteikkojen yli uudelta ympäröivältä DECKiltä, jossa on kauniit uudet kansihuonekalut - suuri suorakaiteen muotoinen pöytä, jossa on paljon mukavia tuoleja. Ihaile panoraamanäkymiä saarelle hiljattain uusitusta tornista / aurinkohuoneesta, kun rentoutua tyylikkäästi rannalla vietetyn hauskan päivän jälkeen!

Tätä ainutlaatuista ja ystävällisesti sisustettua kotia, jonka rakentaja rakensi perheelleen, on hiljattain parannettu (mukaan lukien uudet lattiat yläkerrassa ja alakerran käytävällä) tarjoamaan viihtyisää majoitusta arvostettuille vieraillemme. Äskettäin asennettiin myös GRANITE KEITTIÖTASEN TYÖKALUT, joissa oli lasitiilien takana olevat roiskeet. Keurig (12/2017) sekä perinteiset kahvinkeittimet ovat tarjolla. Katedraalin katolla, kattoikkunat ja päivitetty kaasutakka - Suuri huone on tilava ja sopii erinomaisesti käpertymiseen tuon erityisen henkilön kanssa. Viihtyisässäsi rantakodissasi on 55-tuumainen HDTV, jossa surround-ääni, vielä 3 televisiota, WiFi, 4 DVD-soitinta ja videonauhuria, DVD-kirjasto, lautapelejä ja kirjoja.
Rentouttava kotisi poissa kotoa tarjoaa ranta: sateenvarjo ja tuolit. EI RYHMÄT, elleivät kaikki jäsenet ole 28-vuotiaita tai vanhempia. Ei / PETS / tupakointi.
1. taso-Bedrm 1-kuningatar; Bedrm 2-Queen Tempurpedic; Bedrm 3-2 erillistä vuodetta. Uudet muistivaahtopatjat toukokuusta 2017 alkaen. Täysi sauna, pesula Rm. 2. tason matala Rm -55 "TV; kaasutakka; kuningatar vuodesohva ja rakkaus, Lg Syötävä keittiö-musta / hopea kodinkoneet w / ylisuuri ruokakomero. Täysi kylpy. Bedrm 4 -2 erillistä vuodetta - uusi muistivaahtopatja toukokuusta 2017. alkaen. 2 Pehmeää lisävuodetta. Torni / aurinkohuone - nouse kannelta kierteiset portaat omaan yksityiseen retriittisi! Nauti tuulen tuulet, koe loistavia auringonlaskuja tai vain halaile kirjaa, jota olet ollut tarkoitus lukea.

Ajotieltä pysäköinti 2; vieressä puutarha, jossa on kaasugrilli ja piknikpöytä, rento ruokailu ulkona. Mukana oleva ulkosuihku sijaitsee yksityisellä seinällä, askeleen päässä talon takana olevasta pesutulasta.

Turvallisuus- Siellä on palosammuttimet, hiilimonoksidianturit, hätäpakkaus (ruoka, vesi, ensiapuvälineet, evakuointitiedot), lapsiturvalliset pistorasioiden kannet sekä apteekkien ja lääketieteellisten keskusten yhteystiedot.

Majoittaaksemme paremmin vieraitamme ja naapureitamme - Emme vuokraa alle 28-vuotiaille ryhmille. Koska jotkut vieraat voivat olla allergisia, lemmikkejä ei saa tuoda.

Tuo liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet **** - mukavuudet ja tyynyt toimitetaan samoin kuin BEACH: tunnisteet (6); 6 rantatuolia, sateenvarjo ja pelivarusteet. Rantavaunua (ostettu 7/2019) ja Wonder Wheeler (rantavaunu - ostettu kesäkuussa 2019) tarjotaan avuksesi!

COMFY CASTLE!
We had a fantastic week at the Castle Beach House! it is so nice to be greeted at arrival by Ellen our hostess with so much enthusiasm for her guests to see the house and learn so much about Sea Isle City! They have put together a wonderful binder of just about everything you need to know about the house, history, and activities proved in the area. Also a section with restaurants with the ratings of previous guests! this beach area is definitely not a city. it is a vibrant community with dedication to providing a lot of outdoor activities for families with no charge. Since we had several cooler days with red flags at the beach we spent time playing pickle ball, enjoying a very large play ground, riding bikes and fishing/crabbing from a beautiful pier. This southern end of the island is very narrow and quiet which provides a feeling of having your own beach and inlet at close range. Now for the biggest hit for the kids! THE TURRET ROOM! Immediately upon arrival all the kids of all ages had to run up and inspect that room! it became the highlight of a lot of imaginative play and a game room. Bottom line...when you are picking a vacation spot with kids in mind it is so nice to find a place that everyone can feel comfortable and not worry about a lot of fancy furniture or breaking valuables. And a real perk was having Ellen and Jim as hosts who enjoyed answering questions and care about their guests of all ages.

Our family of five, plus a few friends, enjoyed our week in this clean, spacious condo. Great location, excellent climate control and wonderful hosts made this a week to remember. We spent a lot of time at the beautiful beach, and also made trips to Ocean City for the rides, Cape May for the zoo, and Avalon got shopping/ dinner!

Absolutely Wonderful Stay !!
Ellen was the perfect host ! She happily greeted us we a warm friendly welcome. We were celebrating a family reunion and found her home the perfect location, well equipped and plenty of room. Also loved the outdoor deck area where you can view the bay and beautiful sunsets. The off street parking was also a real plus. Ellen also provided lots of beach necessities and was there for anything you needed. Five stars for location, condition and great communication. Will be returning !!

Ellen and Jim are 2 of the best hosts we have ever encountered. Ellen took time to greet us and explain various aspects of their home . She also had a list of current activities at the shore . They are very courteous and attentive to guests needs . Their home was comfortable with plenty of room for the adults and kids. -The owners couldn't be nicer! They are very communicative and aim to please. -The location is great and convenient to all Sea Isle offers. -The kitchen has necessary cooking/serving items. -Beach chairs, umbrellas and carriers were provided. -The home was clean upon arrival; however, the decor (including bedspreads) is older. Renters can expect a late 1980's upside-down style shore house (3 bedrooms downstairs and 1 upstairs) with comfortable mattresses. We suggest bringing your own bedspreads or blankets. -We did not have a problem with ants as mentioned in other reviews, so it looks like that has been addressed. -The TV streaming was intermittent and buffering, and the owner was looking into fixing/upgrading the WiFi.

Nice Beach House in Great Location
Homeowner first sent us community information listing events and things to do in the area prior to the vacation. Then she greeted us upon arrival and showed us the beach house. The home was clean and nicely appointed. The beds were comfortable. The house location was very nice, just a few blocks from the beach and a block from the bay where we went crabbing with the provided crab traps. The kids were excited as they caught 26 crabs in about 45 minutes. The house had everything the 8 of us needed for the week including beach chairs and a buggy to tote everything to the beach. We walked to sunset pier for dinner, scoops ice cream shop and Blitz's Market are just a few short blocks away. We had a great time and would definitely come back again!

Nice location but needs a good cleaning
The house was not as clean as we expect, and they also have a major ant problem, which I have since come to find out the hosts already knew about. Apparently they had an exterminator out a few weeks before our stay, but knowing this, they should have been extra diligent with making sure the problem was resolved and thoroughly cleaning the place before we arrived. There were ants everywhere, and I mean everywhere. When we started to look closer, there were ants in the bathrooms on both floors, dead ants and dust along the baseboards of the downstairs bedrooms, and we even saw some dead ants under the glass of a picture on the wall! We didn't really want to use the kitchen since ants would be on the counter and in cabinets, plus the spices available in the cabinet were old and stale (probably also had ants in them, but didn't check that closely). Overall the house served its purpose, but we could not be super comfortable. Also the Wi-Fi doesn’t work, but that wasn't a big deal for us on this particular trip. Check-in process was in-person & a bit lengthy. If given the option, I'd prefer self-check in. It would be great to at least have hand towels in the bathroom and kitchen, even though we have to provide our own linens and bath towels. But to give a few pros: Ellen is nice and was very communicative. The house is nicely laid out & in a nice location, walkable to beach or bay, playgrounds and some restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

The perfect Memorial Day family weekend!
I know others have said this, but the pictures just don’t do this house justice! Loved all the windows and sliders keeping it bright with the perfect breeze coming through. Ellen and Jim thought of everything and were the perfect hosts! There wasn’t one amenity we needed or wanted that wasn’t already provided. The kitchen has everything and has lots of space. The deck is the perfect place to enjoy coffee in the morning and a beautiful view of the sunset in the evening. The grass yard was such a bonus! Allowed us plenty of space to play and entertain. We loved this new find and definitely plan to return!

We were in town for a few days for a family wedding. Great location, and Ellen was a great host!
Ellen was great at giving us information in advance of our stay and making sure the check in process was smooth, even though we arrived several hours later than anticipated.

Fantastic House
My friends and I had a great time at this place. The hosts were extremely helpful leading up to our stay as well as during. The overall house was extremely clean and well maintained. I could not recommend this house enough to any group.

Friends weekend get away
Jim and Ellen were friendly and gracious hosts! Ellen’s communications with me were both professional and thorough. The property was in a lovely and quieter area within walking distance to both bay and beach. The house, although in need of a few updates, was well appointed and a perfect set up for a girls weekend getaway. The living room and kitchen area were both spacious enough for our group. The beds were comfortable. And adequate extra beach equipment was a bonus. We would there stay again.

Ample space and great location
Ellen was super nice and checked in via text which was appreciated. We only reached out once when we were looking for an additional beach chair and James left us one very quickly. Space: There is a lot of space for the group. The open floor plan was really nice for sharing meals with our crew of 8. New kitchen countertops, fridge and stove. Bedrooms: I am fussy about bedding so I brought an extra blanket and pillow and I was glad I did. In addition to the ceiling fans, there are extra fans in the closets which our family likes the white noise from them. Location: You can see the sunsets from the deck which was lovely. The lifeguards were not set up on our beach block and our group likes to swim. We walked about 4 blocks to get to the guarded beach. Otherwise, the beach is more like 2 blocks for walking or just sitting and enjoying the views. Overall, this place was a great stay for the price and flexibility if you don't want to stay for a full week.

Few blocks from the beach and the bay. Everything we needed we found in this property including great hospitality Elle is a sweet heart, gave us information about fun things to do during our stay and she made sure we had everything we needed Awesome and spacious place!
