”Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux dans ce gîte niché dans la campagne bergeracoise, au sein d’un grand domaine arboré (verger, forêt, pré), avec une belle piscine en pleine nature. Silence et tranquillité absolus, extérieurs bien pensés (mobilier de jardin, barbecue). Le gîte est vaste, impeccablement propre, meublé avec goût, tout confort, beaucoup de charme.. Et surtout la propriétaire, discrète mais attentive au confort des vacanciers, est chaleureuse et sympathique. Nous reviendrons...

”The rural setting was perfect - so peaceful - just what we needed. A soaring buzzard and a few tiny lizards in the garden were the only regular visitors 😂!! We loved the house and it was very well equipped, especially in the kitchen with lots of thoughtful touches. The pool is fabulous - a really good size. As it’s not heated, it maybe a tad brisk on cooler days but great as the weather heats up. There were all sorts of games available- including a table tennis table, badminton and a football...

”We stayed here in August and it was just perfect! The location,the house absolutely everything. The owners were extremely helpful from check in right until we checked out. The house was spotless and impeccably presented. The surrounding area was idyllic and we will definitely be coming back. I cannot recommend this property enough”

”This is a charming, up to date gite in an ideal location, 3 km from Eymet, a wonderful small village in Dordogne. It is hard to get a sense of just how peaceful the location is from the photos, but we greatly enjoyed our stay. Michael and Donna were great hosts. I only wish we could have stayed longer than the 6 nights we were there. ”

”We loved this property. Probably one of the best we’ve stayed at. Supermarkets were a 15 min drive, as was the nearest (open!) boulangerie in Castillionnes. The house had everything we needed. Beautifully clean and comfortable. Fans in the main house bedrooms for warm nights and my parents had A/C in the pigeonnair. The pool was fabulous, much needed in the summer sun. Vitres, rideaux jamais nettoyés, la cuisine est crasseuse, de la graisse et de la crasse depuis plusieurs années. Nous avons du faire des barbecues, aller au restaurant et acheter des plats préparés pour ne pas utiliser la cuisine. ”For the price I paid I was VERY Happy with Résidence Lagrange Vacances Le Clos des Vignes. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location right next to the park / beach . We ate out most of the time but everything appeared to be within the apartment for those who eat in. Furniture a bit jaded, but again for what I paid for it I can't complain.
