We were chased out of the pool to get our wrist bands but yet other ppl weren't even asked for theirs and we were super respectful and then at all hours of the night the unsupervised children that were running wild throughout the hotel ran up and down the hallway till all hours of the night and into the morning 2am 3am normally we love this hotel it's our go to but this time it was VERY unpleasant

Pool was nice, hot tub was too hot but nice for feet. Clean rooms, big rooms too!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in the past and we've always had an excellent stay. The hotel, the room, and the pool area were well taken care of and clean. The location is also great, not much traffic with two gas stations for travelers right down the hill from it.

Thomas was so friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that I set off the smoke detector while blow drying my hair but I guess that means they're in working order. There is a convenience store/gas station directly in front of the hotel if you need a midnight snack.

I say good luck!!!
It was a older hotel made to look newer. The hot water in the hotel was saved for the spa. Our room mirror had a major crack in the middle of it, and there was blood on the back of our door towards the bottom. The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had at a hotel. The front desk employee was very accommodating and the pool area was extremely nice. Overall, we will not be returning to this hotel on our next trip to Elkhart.

The property was safe clean and comfortable. No complaints there. My one issue is that the card I used to reserve the room was not the card I planned to pay with. But, they had already charged my first night before I got there to pay and wouldn’t reverse the charges, to put on the card I wanted to use.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, and quiet. Only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower, it was very weak and noisy.

One of the beds bedding and pillow had stains that were visible. Toilet seat was loose, sink cracked, picture missing, scuff mark on wall, and rug had stains in it. Was told they just got a new owner. They did have a pool but it was small and swarmed by kids of course. I know they had fun. Breakfast was not that great.

The room had a sensor light that came on whenever anyone moved in the room. Both the bathroom and main lights came on during the night. The room had a sitting area with lounge but the tv was over by the bed. The volume on the tv also kept getting loud and soft intermittently.

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing standing between giving a 10 rating was the lack of water pressure in the shower. The room was very clean and breakfast was satisfactory. The gentleman at the front desk was outstanding!

quick smooth check-in, nice staff Some wear on carpet by room interior door, bathroom exhaust fan light combo flickered a lot when showering. breakfast was good, i liked the biscuits and gravy. overall, very nice, i would stay here again.
