Mary-Anne, had you of read the email sent to you regarding pets you would have been fully informed that only some rooms are pet friendly and that you must ring to ensure you have booked a pet friendly room and that there is a pet fee. Hence I had to change your room to a accommodate and extra charge accordingly. As for the cleaning I checked the room and it was clean. I haven't had complaints about the couch being uncomfortable. Disgusting and slightly dusty is a stretch. The fact you stayed and didn't walk straight out suggests it wasn't quite that bad. Cheers Tracy - Manager

We are an old park and when you choose a room with shared bathroom it means you have to walk to them as there is no facilities in that room.

Hi Tamsyn, When you book online please be sure to 'read' what you are booking. You chose a Budget room with no bathroom! Cheers Tracy Manager

Hi Gary, Please don't blame Wotif for your choices. You chose these rooms which are budget rooms no bathrooms so that sits fairly with you. We are an old park and we clearly state this but we are a very clean and well cared for park. Yes the amenities are old and need replacing but as you can imagine this is not an easy fix but it is in the pipe line. Please carefully read the description of what you are choosing before you start blaming and shaming. Cheers Tracy
