Great stay. I would definitely recommend. The pillows were excellent. It's not fancy, but the management has put effort into polishing up the place. The contactless process was clear and smooth. It's a highway motel and is a good price for a comfortable, clean night's rest.

Basic, no frills motel, perfect for an overnight stay. No reception staff, all communication is online, entry to the room is via a code. Includes toaster, kettle, fridge and microwave. If you like a rock hard mattress, ask for Room 7! (Note to management - mattress needs replacing or a thick mattress topper added). Room was very clean.

Key Box Code would have been helpful.
No reception desk for check in. Code given by email 10 mins before check-in.Dark when we got back from dinner and code entered incorrectly which caused anxiety as no way to get in. After phone to booking agent with no help, and waiting for so long door must have reset and code worked. Key box was beside the door BUT NO access to it. Apart from this Motel was ok for 1 night. Would not recommend for a long stay.

Nice clean accomodation. We stopped by mid way from sydney to Gold Coast. Was a perfect mid stop break over night. Checking process and instructions were easy to follow.

Nice motel, rooms basic but all wee needed, beds comfy. Booked two Queen rooms one had sofa and one didn't. Easy to park, outside apartment could've been cleaner, weeds and broken glass in parking area

Just an overnight stay would not like longer. Pretty old and dingey motel. Inside rooms were clean though. Beds are not very comfortable. Shower is good and powerful though.Very noisey with road and train track noise. But over all just an overnight stay which served its purpose.

Somewhat dated but efforts made to upgrade, the room was clean except the tea towel that had black stains. Kitchenette was new and very functional. The airconditioner was very noisy. The bathroom was clean and functional. All in all for the price it was very good. Would I stay again…yes I would.

The room is much better than we expected. It has small kitchen and normal size fridge. The staff was very supportive and no late check in time limit. We are happy to come back again. The only concern was the noise from Hi-Way which isn't the property 's fault.

Plumbing leaked over the bathroom floor from the vanity, down the wall & pooling on the floor avoiding the drains. It is possible the toilet may have been leaking over the floor as well. It was quite dangerous. The old air conditioner was quite noisy. The room & bathroom were quite clean.

Stayed one night - good place to stay. Quiet rooms, blackout curtains could be better and bathroom needs a little work but overall a clean room and bathroom for the stay.

Do yourself a favour and don't stay here! Digital check-in was OK for me, although I am no fan of contactless properties. I usually 'avoid them like the plague'. Another lady arrived with the battery of her phone low or zero. I loaned her my phone to help her check-in. The virtual receptionist appeared to have limited command of English and may have been based offshore. That took nearly 15 minutes to get this other guest sorted. Then around 12.30 am and again at 4.00 am noisy guests woke me up with their carrying on outside my door. I contemplated phoning the police on the second awakening. Would I stay at this property again? I would sooner sleep in my car than do so again.
