Seaside Retreat on osa arvostettua Compass Point -kompleksia.

Se on upea sijainti on vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä valkoisesta hiekasta ja turkoosi vesistä Carbis Bay Beach.

Ensimmäisen kerroksen huoneistosta on upeat merinäkymät, jotka leviävät koko lahden poikki. Kompleksin päässä on myös yhteinen terassi, jonka vieraat ovat tervetulleita käyttämään ja nauttimaan panoraamanäkymistä.

Siellä on myös autopaikka, joka on hyödyllinen ominaisuus, ja pienen rautatieaseman läheisyys tarjoaa vieraille loistavan vaihtoehdon jättää auto ja viedä erittäin suosittu turistijuna St Ivesiin ottaen vain muutaman minuutin yhdellä radalla ja joka kulkee upeasti luonnonkaunis polku pitkin rannikkoa.

Sisäisesti huoneisto on valoisa ja kauniisti esitetty. Keskitetyssä käytävässä on ovet, jotka johtavat keittiöön, olohuoneeseen, johon kuuluu ruokailutila ja viihtyisä oleskelutila, jossa on ylellinen tunnelma upealla merinäköalalla. Tärkein kylpyhuone kylpyammeella, suihkulla, WC, pesuallas ja pyyhekuivain. Kaunis makuuhuone kylpyhuoneella, merinäköalalla ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa parivuode.

In a word "Outstanding"
Fantastic location and remarkable sea views, easy access to a blue flag beach and numerous restauraunts from take-aways to the acclaimed Ugly Butterfly in the Carbis bay complex. Another outstanding feature of the apartment's location was its close proximity to the GWR railway station (3/4 minutes walk) providing trains every half hour in and out of St Ives (5 minute journey time). Beautiful St Ives is not known for its friendship with cars. Overall outstanding.

The property was excellent and lived up to the VRBO description. Well equipped and comfortable. Great location. Close to station which meant an easy journey (inexpensive too) into St Ives. Great views from the apartment. Very steep access to the beach and main road may deter some.

Perfect Spot in Cornwall
Seaside retreat was the perfect place to stay on our 10 day trip to Cornwall. The views across Carbis Bay to St Ives were spectacular. Easy walk in to St Ives, quick drive to Tesco and M&S food. Also many beautiful walks along the coast just a short drive away. Seaside Retreat very well equipped and clean. Showers nice and powerful which we don’t often find in the UK! Beds very comfy too. Loved to have my morning cup of tea in bed looking out across the water. We were here in October and had the most fantastic weather. We were very sad to leave.

Great Apartment in a fantastic location.
The apartment was perfect for us. 2 minutes to the train station to St.Ives and 5 minutes from the wonderful beach and the allocated parking was great. The apartment was beautifully clean and well equipped with lovely views from the living room and main bedroom to the sea. Lucy was an excellent communicator. If you are thinking of going to Carbis bay then I can highly recommend this apartment!

Excellent week in Cornwall
My wife and I booked this property at the beginning of the year as a back up to our usual holiday abroad. We weren’t disappointed. The apartment is in a fantastic location, next to the train station and a short walk to the beach. It’s very clean and incredibly well equipped. The view from the lounge over the bay is something you could never tire of. Carbis Bay itself is mainly residential with only a small number of places to eat out. However, both La Casita and Una Kitchen are worth visiting. The train service is excellent although when the weather is nice and you’re not pushed for time, the coastal walk to St Ives is definitely worth doing. Tgg he e beach at Carbis bay is stunning and there are a lot of activities you can do. My son and I hired SUPs and wet suits (yes, you need at wet suit, it’s cold) for one hour for inly £12.50 each. Sound break and deck chairs are also available. My only recommendation would be to take plenty food and cold drinks with you to the beach. The Carbis Bay Hotel is the only place to buy food and drink and the prices reflect the establishment. Almost £20 for a pizza! We will definitely return to the area at some point and I would gladly stay in this apartment again. Lucy is very well organised and her communication is excellent.

Amazing apartment
We spent 4 nights at the beautiful apartment during half term. Right from the booking process, communication was excellent and clear. The apartment was bright, spacious and clean. We took things such as an iron, hairdryer etc but we didn’t need to, they had absolutely everything you could think of, making this experience so much easier. The train station was literally 60 seconds away making it easy to travel into St. ives bay. I would 100% recommend this accommodation and hope to return soon. Thank you Lucy for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic Apartment!
Myself and three friends stayed in this lovely apartment for four nights and we never wanted to leave! The apartment is very spacious, it was impecibly clean, and the location was perfect. It is only a few minutes walk to the beautiful Carbis Bay beach and right beside the train station where you can travel into st.ives in 3 minutes. Lucy was a wonderful host, she provided lots of information before our stay and was very helpful. Cant recommend this place enough and I can't wait to go back!
