Luxury 2 Bed Apt Carbis Bay - Merinäköala kaikista huoneista!

Seaview on upea ensimmäisen kerroksen ylellinen huoneisto, tyylikkäästi sisustettu ja kalustettu korkeatasoisesti, ja kauniista merinäköaloista on aula, molemmat makuuhuoneet, keittiö ja parveke. Hotelli sijaitsee aivan Carbis Bayn rannan yläpuolella, joka on yksi Ison-Britannian parhaista, ja se on alle 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä veden reunasta ja ihanteellinen tukikohta monille upeille nähtävyyksille, joita West Cornwall tarjoaa.

Kiinteistö on kevyt ja tilava, 2 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Siellä on hyvin varustettu keittiö ja viihtyisä oleskelutila / ruokailutila, jotka kaikki johtavat parvekkeelle upealla merinäköalalla St Ivesille. Parvekkeella on pöytä ja neljä tuolia, ja se on täydellinen aurinko ansa koko iltapäivän ja illan, sopii juomaan drinkin katsellen auringon laskua!

Carbis Bay ja sen sininen lippu ranta on loistava sijainti ja helppo päästä tiellä tai rautateitse. Pieni rautatieasema, joka sijaitsee vain kivenheiton päässä, vie sinut St Ivesiin 3 minuutissa ja on todennäköisesti luonnonkaunein matka, jonka olet todennäköisesti tekemässä. Vaihtoehtoisesti kävely rannikkoa pitkin, josta on upeat näkymät lahdelle, kestää noin 20 minuuttia.

St Ives on todellinen helmi sen mukulakivikatuja, viehättävää satamaa, kultaisia rantoja ja runsaasti gallerioita ja ravintoloita. On helppo nähdä, miksi se äänestettiin vuoden 2012 parhaaksi Yhdistyneen kuningaskunnan rannikkoalueeksi! Ja älä unohda, tämä on vain maku siitä, mitä Cornwall tarjoaa. We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is beautiful with lovely views over Carbis Bay. It was spotlessly clean and the best equipped accommodation we have stayed in. The location is perfect. It is a 2 minute walk to the train station, a 5 minute walk to the beach and only 5 minute drive to the nearest supermarket. Our daughters said it was the best holiday they've had. Great memories made and we will definitely be returning.

WOW! Just wow, was our first response. What an absolutely stunning holiday apartment!From the moment we stepped through the door we were blown away, especially with the sea views from every window.The property was immaculate and so very well equipped. We stayed for two weeks with my partner and two year old, and usually at the end of two weeks we are ready for home, but here we already felt like we were at home, it is beautifully decorated and so incredibly homely and modern. We also recognised a lot of the art work from the art studios in St Ives itself which is a lovely touch. Location is also superb! 2 minute walk to the train station into St Ives, or a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Carbis Bay Beach. We have been holidaying in Cornwall every year for the past 12 years, and this is by far the best holiday rental we have ever stayed in. We will all be crying on the long journey home, wishing the holiday didn’t have to end.

We were made very welcome by the hosts. The flat was spotlessly clean and well-equipped to make the stay very comfortable. Great views and a short walk to the beach for our daily swims. Easy to make the short train trip in/out of St Ives, although 30 min the walk around the headland is also a must do. So I would say that you get all the benefits of the bustling St Ives but with the peace and calm of Carbis Bay to stay at. Thank you, we would love to return one day.

Check in was easy. The entire apartment was beautifully presented and had everything we needed for our stay, it felt very homely which is what we look for when on holiday.Upon arrival there was a mishap with the bed however after a phone call with Ashley it was sorted within 20 minutes. Communication with the host was fantastic and very friendly. We will definitely be staying again!

I don't know where to start , from the second we walked through the door we were blown away by how beautiful this place really is. The hosts have made this a home , not just a holiday retreat. Everything about our stay from start to finish was a dream, the area is amazing with a few minutes walk to the wonderful Carbis Bay beach or if you want you can grab the train to go into St Ives. I cant recommend this place highly enough. The flat is by far the most beautiful and relaxing place we have ever rented . Hosts score a 10/10 , cleanliness 10/10 Location 10/10 . Honestly if we could, we would have stayed forever. Views are awesome.

We came to Cornwall in November and this apartment gave us a perfect base to explore. We had a great parking space in front of the building. The apartment is also within minutes of the train station and a bus station. We walked to the beach at Carbis Bay, walked along the coast from St. Ives, went to Tintagel, Mousehole and the Merry Maidens stone circle, explored Penzance, all in one weekend. The apartment is clean, quiet, bright and airy. Tastefully decorated in a beachy style. We cooked breakfast and dinner in the kitchen and had everything we needed. It was also nice to have two full bathrooms and lots of space. Thank you so much, Ashley and Claire!

I can wholeheartedly recommend this property. It is spacious, extremely clean, well stocked and perfectly situated for the train while being quiet and secluded. The welcome pack of provisions was very generous and much appreciated. We loved the distant view of St Ives. How welcome and refreshing to find a clean, relaxing apartment that doesn't take pets. Our only place to stay in Cornwall. Unbelievably comfortable, spotlessly clean, great views, cosy, easy beach and train access (a mere 3 mins on the train to St Ives for less than £2) parking space. ‘Wow’ is what we all said when we walked into the apartment! Every room is beautiful with sea views of the bay. The hosts had left us a tasty and thoughtful welcome pack - thank you! Fabulous quality fixtures and fittings, everything you need including board games and books. amazing location (we hardly used the car as the apartment is right beside the train station or the coastal walk access to st Ives c. 30 mins). We had a wonderful week here. The weather was gladiolus, we loved it!

We stayed with our family at the Seaview Apartment for a week. It was advertised with a dryer and in the title as "luxury". At our arrival we first had to defrost the freezer, the kettle was brown inside, the windshield which was provided for the beach was incomplete. A heated airer for the clothes was broken too. There was no dryer and there are no sockets in the bathrooms. To get some things right I had to invest overall more than one day of our holiday - we got a refund but less than we payed for a night. The couch is outdated (over 10 years old) and there isn't any seaview (only a glimps) when you sit on the balcony because of two trees which have grown over the last years between the apartment and the sea. In our point of view "luxury" is much more than the host provided.

We stayed in Ashley and Claire’s apartment Seaview in Carbis Bay for a week. It was a real home from home being beautifully appointed so comfortable with gorgeous soft furnishings and coastal art. Everything was provided for guests to be completely at home with super comfy beds, a really relaxing lounge with large TV and lovely well equipped kitchen. The coastal views from all sides of the apartment are lovely and the easy quick walk to Carbis Bay was wonderful and great for a pre breakfast walk (or swim). We were lucky with wonderful weather and had a fantastic holiday. We would happily return. We arrived to a really beautiful apartment that was so wonderfully
