Excellent! Nice place. Would go again!
Really had a good time here, place is very nice with great views, a nice restaurant, bar, and pool. Security staff were very good getting us into and out of the property, we had a rental car. The hosts are excellent. Good location to local nightlife and restaurants if desired. I also did some scuba diving with local dive shops which was great and reasonably priced. Just a single note for others; It's a bit of a hill and stair hike from the beach up to the condo. I'm older with OK but not great knees, and it was manageable, but if you have mobility issues, this MIGHT be a problem. Otherwise a great place! :-)

Relaxing Getaway
My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and had the best time!! The location was AWESOME! So close to so many amazing restaurants. Sapphire beach was incredible and the bar/restaurant on the water was so convenient. We never had to leave the beach! The pool was very nice and all the staff were so kind. The place itself had everything you could need and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept on. Would definitely stay here again!

RUN FROM THIS PLACE
This resort is old, shabby, u manicured, rusty and looks horrible. The landscaping is ugly and the decor is run down. It is depressing and inviting. The villa is small. The air-condition barely works and the shower water was dull and you had to stand directly under the shower head to experience an adequate amount of water. The bed is the worse part. The mattress was sunken in and we sank in it as if we were in a water bed. We had to sleep sideways due to its lack of stability and it sits on a platform. Making matters worse, they do not have a back up generator and the power went out completely in the villa leaving us in the dark, spoiled food and no meal voucher or anything. The host did not openly volunteer any help except sending meaningless updates about power that were inconsistent. It wasn't until I asked about flashlights or any support did he volunteer that he had an extension cord but there was no flashlight. We saw 2 roaches and a colony of ants on the terrace preventing us from utilizing it. Last but not least, the property is dark and the outside of the apt, condo, villa did not have adequate lighting. P.S., the host agreed to refund me for both nights in which he only refunded a portion of 1 night and now I have the headache of disputing his deception with VRBO, my credit card company and I regret ever staying in his run down, raggedy place. Again Run from this place. Unless you like staying in an undesirable location.

A Little Slice of Paradise
A great location for enjoying St Thomas! The condo was perfect for a couple. As a studio, the space is wonderfully utilized. The kitchen has all you need for small meals (we mainly used it to cook breakfast,) The bed was very comfortable. The living room and balcony had fantastic views looking out over the marina and into the blue Caribbean Sea. Sapphire Beach is close by, the marina is even closer. Parking is not an issue at the complex and there is security around the clock if that is something one is concerned with. (We always felt safe.) Our hosts were great with communication, especially since the island had some planned power outages that were announced after we arrived. I highly recommend staying here.

Quaint Hideaway!
Had a great, quick stay here at Sapphire Beach... super cute, clean great location on the property, great location just outside Red Hook. Spent lots of time in the pool which was very nice, lots of friendly people at the property, made you feel right at home. Amenities in the unit are unsurpassed, also making you feel right at home. It's the kind of place you can pack lightly because theyve thought of literally everything and then some. Truly super hosts! Thanks for opening your getaway hideaway to us - we really enjoyed it!

Best Place to Stay!
We absolutely LOVED this condo! The view is AMAZING and hits you the moment you open the door! The condo is exactly as described and as the pictures show. We really appreciated the beach chairs and snorkel gear. Definitely a $$ saver. We loved the location with Sudi's and pool right outside our place. Sapphire Resort has a beautiful beach and a bar, coffee place, pizza place and high end restaurant on site. It is also very convenient that there is a taxi station with taxis ALWAYS available. The criticism I have seen about the place needing cleaned is unwarranted. Yes the baseboards are marked up as it is not a brand new unit, but that is regular wear and tear. We cannot say enough about the condo. We really enjoyed our time there. We even came home and watched the HGTV episode! ♥ Communication with the host was FANTASTIC and easy. LOVE the digital lock, no worries about who has the key! In summary, location is FANTASTIC, view is FANTASTIC, wonderful to not have to buy beach chairs and snorkel gear, Sapphire is the BEST, very near Red Hook and restaurants. Highly recommend this condo.

We all stayed in different condos on this property and had an amazing vacation. 2 min drive from red hook restaurants and shopping, and also the pier so you could jump on a ferry to St. John. This is a really small unit, with practically no place to store your belongings, which is annoying if you are staying more than one night, but it has a great view of the water and a cute balcony. It is convenient to the local bar/restaurant and a short walk to the beach. The owners supplied snorkel gear and noodles, along with beach bags, which was a nice touch. The unit needs to be cleaned a bit deeper (moldings, etc) like another reviewer had written, but the woman who cared for it was very pleasant and helpful. The owners were easy to reach with questions.

Very nice condo in a beautiful location.
Very nice and comfortable condo. View is amazing and the restaurant in our building, Sudu's, was very good and convenient, especially with the limited dining options in the area. Only suggestion would be new and better pillows for the bed. Other than that, we enjoyed your stay immensely!

Week Away
Picked a random place to get away from a year of long work hours. Was super happy with our place and easy to everything. Honestly a short 10 min walk into red hook if you didn’t want to drive and enjoy the food and drinks. In the same building with the local bar of the complex and the owners there are amazing as well. Amazing place at a great price with great owners
We had the privilege of staying here and it was nothing short of spectacular. The place was incredibly clean renovated and communication with the owner was seamless and easy. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in Saint Thomas. Price was incredibly reasonable, and totally worth every penny.
