Olemme rakentaneet perimmäisen lomakoti suurelle perheelle tai ryhmälle. Koti sijaitsee tasaisella tontilla (nolla portaita järvelle), jolla on oma yksityinen ranta. Vieraat rakastavat kokeillaan pelihuonetta, joissa on Ms. Pacman, Extreme Hunting, HydroThunder (istuva venekilpailupeli), touch master, biljardipöytä ja useita lautapelejä. Pelihuoneen suunnittelun tilasi paikallinen taiteilija, joka suunnitteli teema-inspiroituja ravintoloita (kapteeni-rone, jerk shack jne.). Lisäämme jatkuvasti uusia meripeninkulman sisustuksia pelihuoneeseen ja telakointialueille, jotta se olisi entistä ainutlaatuisempi kuin kuvat. Asensimme 55 tuuman LCD-näytön, jossa on DVD-soitin, elokuvayöihin suurelle oleskelutilaan. Sohvakuopan sohvan asettelu voi pitää useita ihmisiä mukavasti. Kodissa on kaksi muuta televisiota, kaikissa on suora tv. Talo sijaitsee noin 125 metrin päässä kuuluisasta Captain Rons -kohdekohteesta (mukaan lukien ranta, yhtyeet, ruoka, hiekkalentopallo jne.). Lähellä on useita vene- ja aaltojuoksijoiden vuokrausyrityksiä.

We truly enjoyed our time here. This home is set up perfectly for a family with lots of room and things to do. The space was clean, nice bedding, full kitchen amenities and room for parking. We spent most of our time outside, utilizing the dock, kayaks, beach area and hot tub. The cove was quiet and roomy for floating around. The location was close to Captain Ron’s, which I thought may be noisy or distracting, but it was not at all. It was just a nice convenience. Per my 4 year old granddaughter, “Best vacation ever!”.

We had a great time at this rental the home owners did a wonderful job with communication and check in. Although this was a fabulous home In my Opinion it wasn’t worth $7,000 a week. The beds were uncomfortable the couch was cheap and uncomfortable no TVs in the bedrooms the basement doors were broken and didn’t lock the speakers on the dock wouldn’t work although the owners did try to come fix them only one of the arcade games shown worked and the beach area has a bit of a drop off getting to the water not great for little ones and the hot tub was dirty and full of sand. Positives the house is updated and was clean. It’s walking distance to Captain Ron’s. The swings shown on the dock are kinda fun but don’t really swing great the net is only for lounging so almost more of a hassle to keep the kids from jumping on it

This property met the needs of our 3-generation family very well. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious enough for multiple cooks working on meal prep. The dock was the perfect spot to enjoy the hot sunny weather. The lilypad, kayaks and lawn games were enjoyed by all.

The house was absolutely perfect! The house and dock had everything we could have possibly needed to enjoy a lakefront stay. The host checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. We loved being in the no wake cove so the kids could kayak around all they wanted. FYI: If you are looking to rent a boat, Rad Dad Boat Rentals does deliver the boat directly to the house! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Definitely something for everyone!! The location is best feature...no wake zone so great for swimming and kayaking! Restaurant a few doors down with beach so kids play while adults adult:) (did that several nights) House has great open space and lots of sleeping possibilities. And Kristy was great!

Wonderful Lake House. We stayed here for our daughter's graduation with both sets of grandparents and it was perfect for all. House was fully stocked and very clean. The host was very easy to communicate with which was nice too. We were sad to leave and will definitely be back.

Property and communication from owners was perfect. We always do an off season stay and have had to bring our dogs the past few times. It was great to find a pet friendly property with so many options. Since it is early spring you never know what the weather brings SolMate has great inside and outside options for activities. We will definitely be checking the calendar for openings next spring.

My wife and I are parents of three teenagers so we do not have many opportunities to spend time together due to sports, jobs, etc. Our week at Sol Mate was great. The pool table and arcade games were a hit with my son. The hot tub and dock were a hit with my daughters. We did some hiking and cave exploring while we were there. Most of our time was spent at the house. Plenty of room and everything was clean. It was a great time with family!

We were so blessed to find this gem for our Thanksgiving week vacation with family gathering from Texas, Wisconsin, and Chicago. Such a beautiful setting and lovely house nestled right into a cove on Lake of the Ozarks. We were wishing we were here in warmer months to better enjoy the lake, but for a November gathering, the house and property had everything and more than we were looking for. We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, even hung out on the dock. The game room was a hit with everyone! The bunk room had space for all the cousins to enjoy each other and be comfortable and the upstairs rooms had super comfortable beds and nice spaces for the adults. There were loads of extra linens available if needed as well as everything we needed to bring in all our groceries for our stay for 3 families and cook all our meals, including two fridges in the house and all kitchen needs for a foodie family. The host was super accommodating and helpful as we planned this get together and that made our stay everything we hoped it would be!

Our daughter got married at Weathered Wisdom Barn, and we chose to make Sol Mate our “headquarters” for the week, which could not have turned out better! Kristy was proactively communicative and so helpful answering questions and providing recommendations. Her property is exactly as advertised, and you can feel comfortable having guests of all ages stay with you. The location is quite convenient to the Highway so travel to / from surrounding towns is efficient. I’d happily stay here again should we return to Sunrise Beach.

This place has it all!!! Location, docks, beach, game room, 3 and a half bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, full kitchen, gas grill, large beautiful deck overlooks the lake, dock has music, swings, refrigerator, couch to relax, lawn chairs, i mean, it just has everything you need!! 5 minutes from gas and groceries and walking distance to Captain Rons bar and beach ⛱️ 👌 PERFECT WEEK!!

This was our 5th year vacationing in the Ozarks and this was our favorite rental yet. We had 2 families with 6 teenagers. The house was very clean and set up well for our group. The upstairs has a great room for big meals and a large Smart TV for movies. Everyone took turns with the video games and pool throughout the week. But, what sets this house apart is the outdoor space which is the primary thing we look for. Large, slightly sloped yard so good setup for corn hole (they provide a set) and other games. They have a rare beach area which I imagine would be great for families with young children. The deck space is one of the best I've seen on the lake and we spent every day and most evenings hanging out on it. There's a couch, bar, cabinet and full refrigerator which we used to get out of the sun and for card games in the evening. They also provide a Lilly pad, a couple of kayaks and other toys and have a shop vac which we used to fill up our rafts. It's in a large, no wake cove, so didn't have to worry about waves, or passing boats at all. Only 3 doors down from Captain Rons so we spent several nights there listening to bands and playing volleyball. But, surprisingly, didn't really hear the noise on those nights we hung out at the dock. Also only a few minutes from Pirates Point marina where we rented wave runners and a pontoon and only a 5 min drive from a grocery store and several other bar/restaurants on the lake. We'll definitely be coming back!
