Staff at check in counter told me that they had no King bed room for me which I booked. And said it is not confirmed when I book. I need to argue with them and show the confirmation email to her, then finally she give me one, but in 2nd floor, face to the front entrance of which all people can see through my room if I open the curtain. I was so disappointed on this, if she can explain to me the condition of the room, I may accept the twin room, her attitude is rude.
