We had a lovely stay. Spacious family room. Within walking distance to shops and riverfront. Check-in could be improved though e.g provide a welcome pack that details wifi info and check-out instructions as there was no reception on site. Overall, we would come back and recommend it to our friends.

Very clean and close to shopping and dining. Room was renovated, however the car park and ground surrounds needs more tlc as there were weeds and unkempt garden. Not having onsite staff was odd.

A disappointing stay.
The bed was comfortable and clean. There was cutlery and crockery, a microwave, a kettle & a toaster, tea & coffee to make a cuppa. The TV reception and the wifi were fine. The carpet had dirty marks all over it, which looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The wash basin had rust around the waste outlet and the soap holder in the shower was missing and two screws were sticking out of the tiles where the soap holder had been. The air conditioner when it warmed up sounded like an aeroplane was going over. I turned it off to hear the TV when we first got there. During the night we could hear the air conditioner in the next room going all night. It was quite annoying. We were disappointed because it read well when we booked it, but it left a lot to be desired. We certainly wouldn’t recommend the motel to anyone.

Great location, close to main shopping centre and dining and easy walk to river. The room was clean and comfortable, but not well insulated from noise outside or neighbouring cabins. TV remote did not work, but otherwise room was in good condition. Convenient and good for a night or two.

Had an overnight stay, there is no reception on site and found that a little odd. The motel is decently clean, the room was small but fine for one night. The bed was really hard, my husband couldn't sleep as his hip was hurting from the mattress. The motel was very affordable and is quite basic, hence the price.

Lovely, modernised room with everything we needed. Pool towels in the room which was great. Nice and close to everything. No on-site reception but there was a number to call if we needed anything

Comfortable stay & clean & tidy
The room was clean and tidy to a standard that you can expect. A little bit of noise is noticeable, but nothing to prevent me from getting to sleep. Checking in was done where I received an SMS advising of my room number & code to access the key. My only problem is I didn't clearly notice the slot opening to retrieve my key, but I got there in the end. It is also walking distance to grab a quick bite to eat from down the street. I would stay there again.

We were situated in the middle of a family of 9. Would have been better if the family was next door to each other. Also, no pool rules, very dangerous, since there was no one on site to close the pool.

Cozy and good location
Cozy room with the basics. There is a small pool located on the property as well. Wood paneling on the walls made loud cracking noises during the night, but otherwise the bed was comfy and we slept well. No reception/check-in on site, so key retrieval through a lockbox. 16 rooms in total.

Happy stay
We were very comfortable in our accommodation. When I arrived at the reception I was greeted by the manager and she made me feel welcomed. She upgraded us which was a nice surprise. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and fresh. Thank you.

Staff were really welcoming. My room was recently renovated - nice modern bathroom. Beds are great. Work trip - desk to work from. Good size TV. Quiet at night. Easy quick walk into town to cafes and restaurants.

Extremely overpriced for a very low grade motel. Although the room was clean and the owners were lovely the rate charged certainly did not reflect the run down condition of the room.

Room was clean however, the hotel is very outdated
Hotel needs a complete overhaul. Although clean and staff were very welcoming, the facility needs a complete renovation. The bathroom in particular needs reno work - the basin is the height you may find in a children's primary school. There was only one bedside table in the room. It was a cooler night and the split system heating was very noisy in the room and vibrated off the wooden panel walls.

I wish you could have told us your thoughts when you were here and we would have showed you the rooms that have already been completely renovated , we are in the middle of doing each room, six completed now with two more to be done in November, we hope you can come back and stay in a new room next time.
