”Dirty rooms with mold on them. I would not recommend staying here. Our room had black hairs pretty much everywhere, especially the bathroom. Me and my husband are both blondes so it wasn't our hair. The bathroom had visible mold and fungi growing. All the air vents had thick layers of dust, they clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. We got to our room after travelling for 32 hours, so we were exhausted. I could see immediately that the room was dirty, but we desperately needed sleep so...

”Very close to the airport. Can easily hear street and airport noises, so not light sleepers place at all. Room is well equipped and fancy like the whole hotel. Good swimming pool & sauna + okay gym. Hotel is too fancy, you need to even sit in sauna with your room Key. Cannot leave it in the locker, other wise no acsess to the sauna. Very odd. The roof bar was only open end of the week, which was dissapointment. Helpful and friendly staff! Lovely stay in the hotel between flights. ”

”Excellent location. The floor plan of the apartment and equipment worked well. The cleaners did their job well. The swimming pool, hot tub and sauna were nice addition to the hotel. More attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the apartment, the shelves of the cabinets and the carpet etc. ”

Good place

"The hotel is a little dated already but it is Shangri-La, you cannot go wrong. Some parts of the bathroom were a bit leaky but overall good experience. "

We got to our room after travelling for 32 hours, so we were exhausted. I could see immediately that the room was dirty, but we desperately needed sleep so we just fell into the bed. I know we should have complained and asked for a different room, but we were just too tired. The location is close to everything but on a super busy street, so the noise carries to the rooms. The staff is polite and nice, but that is the only good thing here. I wouldn't stay here ever again because of the filth. I do not think it is the cleaners fault, they probably don't get enough time to do their job."

Upea hotelli loistavalla sijainnilla

"Tosi siisti huone, aamupala oli erittäin hyvä. Tosin osa henkilökunnasta aamupalalla erittäin epäkohteliaita ja mm. syviä huokauksia kun kysyttiin jotain. Osa kuitenkin todella ystävällisiä. Uima-allas oli kiva. "

Hyvä mutta aika kallis

"Erinomainen hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Kadun puolen huoneista ei näkymää muualle kuin toimistotaloon, sataman puolelle hienot mutta ei sataman ilotulituksia varten uutena vuotena. Palvelu paikoin vähän hidasta ja asiakkaalta tarkkaavaisuutta vaativaa (laukkusäilytyksestä jäi ensin osa laukuista palautumatta, aamiaisella kahvitilauksia unohtui). Siistiä ja hyväkuntoiset huoneet. Suihku kastelee helposti melkein koko kylpyhuoneen lattian. "
