I first was given a room on the 3rd floor and there was an unattended barking dog across the hall. I quickly called the front desk and they changed my room to the first floor by the fitness room. It was very quiet and comfortable. My only complaint was how dirty the floor was. The slate/tile looked like it hadn’t been mopped in a long time. The carpet was old and stained (even though the hotel bragged about their remodel). Everything else was great and I will stay again!

The front desk lady wasnt very pleasant throughout our stay. The carpet in the room was old and dingy and under beds was dirty. Coffee was horrible and breakfast was just ok. I dont think id stay again

Convenient location, near highway. Friendly welcome. Staff did not read the notes made on the booking for they initially gave us a room on the pet floor, despite being notified of our allergies ahead of time. The room was a bit run down with stains on walls and sheets. Beds were comfortable enough. Breakfast had hot options like eggs and waffles but a limited selection of items overall.

Front desk staff were very pleasant and friendly. Check in process was fast and easy. Destiny Mall was super close and the free hot breakfast was good. Beds were super comfortable and i slept well.

A good option for an airport hotel. About a ten minute drive. Lots of road noise and from Tullys next door. Try to request a room on the back side, will be quieter

The first room we had there were ants. Front desk upgraded us to a suite. The room could use a carpet cleaning and more attention to detail while cleaning.

This is a basic, no-frills hotel, and as such, it is great. Perfect for a night stop on a long trip, right beside I-90 and I-81, with easy access to and from both. Quiet, clean. Did not try the fitness room, but it looks functional. All good.

The hotel common areas were very clean and nice, but I don't think my room had been vacuumed because I kept stepping on little things on the floor. The bed was comfy but the pillows were pretty lumpy. The sink and tub in my room were both clogged and the water started pooling immediately on use. Some of the plugs didn't work properly. The TV was nice but the remote was not clean.

not clean at all. Stains on bed and carpet. Two bugs were in bathroom. beds were uncomfortable stay was so bad I had to leave the same day .Extremely disappointed I want my money back.

Why are you leaving a anonymous review? hmmm We have reviewed the reservation and see that you are from Syracuse and that you are looking for a free stay. We have inspected the room and found only that there was a very small stain on the carpet which we have already taken corrective actions with. There will be no refund. Best Travels

The hotel was fine, everything looked clean. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very nice. My only issues were that the sink didn't drain well and the heater, which came on several times while I was sleeping, was incredibly loud and woke me up. I can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't partake, but the kitchen area looked nice as I walked by on my way to check out. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel.
