Ihanan rauhallinen paikka pariskunnalle kun hotelli oli suunnattu vain aikuisille. Ihan pitkä hiekkaranta ja upea allasalue. Henkilökunta ystävällinen ja spa oli erinomainen.

Keskitason hotelli
Hotelli ei juuri vaikutusta tehnyt. Huone josta suorayhteys altaaseen ok. Palvelutasossa kehittämistä. Hotellilta noin 300 metriä muutamaan paikalliseen ravintolaan jossa ok ruoka. Ranta siisti. Emme valitsisi toista kertaa ko. hotellia. Keskitason hotelli kokonaisuudessaan. Kuntosali perus hotelli tasoa. Hotellille plussaa kuitenkin ilmaisesta yhteiskuljetuksesta khao lakiin.

Aivan loistava hotelli. Aamupala erittäin runsas ja sisältää kunnon kahvit! Ei yleistä hälyä, ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aktiviteettejä, mm rantajumpat. Erittäin siisti. Oltiin 5 päivää, ensi vuonna 2 viikkoa. Suosittelen lämpimästi. Paras hotelli Thaimaassa, missä käyty.

Tasokas hotelli ja upea allas-alue!
Hotellissa on todella upeita allasalueita jotka kiemurtelevat jokimaisina ympäri aluetta. Rauhallinen pääallasalue, ihanan leppoisa tunnelma, jossa ei jytä pauhaa ja lapset eivät kilju. Tilavat huoneet on mukavasti sijoiteltu pienempiin rakennuksiin viidakkomaisten kulkureittien varrelle. Suosittelen Pool Access huonetta, jolloin pystyt kätevästi omalta terassilta pulahtamaan suoraan altaaseen. Hotellin edestä avautuu upea ranta, jossa on hyvin rauhallista. Monipuolinen ja runsas aamiainen. Henkilökunnan heikko kielitaito yllätti, edes vastaanotossa ei englannilla meinannut pärjätä. Pieni mukava lisä oli päivittäiset ilmaiset pullotetut juomavedet huoneessa.

Great value for the money and no kids :)
Very nice hotel with a great swimming pool facility and great beach. Good facilities for everything even some of them would maybe need a little bit of maintenance work. No kids which is great. LIttle bit far a way from the village but shuttle bus works.

Monipuolinen hyvä hotelli rannalla
Olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä muhkealla altaalla varustettu Haveniin. Hotellissa oli keski-iältään nuorempaa väkeä (noin 40) kuin naapurihotellissa Orchid Beach (noin 50). Aamiaisvalikoima oli vastaavasti kattavampi ja hotelli järjestää paljon eri aktiviteetteja (rantalentopallo, vesipoolo, jooga, kieliopetus, pyöräily, kanootit, hoidot jne). Hotellissa ilmainen pysäköinti. Kuljimme Phuketin lentokentältä vuokratulla autolla, liikenteessä pitää olla valppaana, mutta hyvin sujui. Hyvä vaatturi Khao Lakissa oli nepalilais-thaimaalainen John Armani Tailor, Phetkasem Roadilla lähellä Lam Run kansallispuistoa.

Uima-allas!
Ihana hotelli! Suosittelen ottamaan pool access-huoneen. Aurinkotuolit eivät ole maattavia mutta viihdyimme omalla altaallamme päivät hyvin. Hotelli on hieman syrjässä joten meille oli kätevää vuokrata skootteri keskustasta 180 baht per päivä. Suosittelemme sukelluskokeilua raya diversin kanssa Similan saarilla, oli hieno kokemus!

The whole hotel is modern and very clean. The pools and plants make the complex look inviting and natural. You can walk everywhere quickly, the rooms are cozy and the beds are very comfortable. The view from the restaurant across the main pool to the sea was fantastic, especially at sunset! If you cross the main pool over a bridge, you are directly on a beautiful fine sandy beach. You have absolute peace and quiet there, there is a swing and a hammock. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff were always very friendly and courteous! Jeff in particular took great care of us every evening and we always felt welcome. We would book again at any time :-)

Stayed at Haven many times. Unfortunately this will be the last. The spectacular main pool was unswimmable. Dirty cloudy water, sides of pool covered with algae. Maintenance of pool was being conducted during swimming hours with guest in it, not before like most hotels. Algae coming off the side walls in huge clouds by cleaning crews with guests in water. The room had no hot water for two days. Aircon smelled very musty. Lights burnt out in room. The manager was sympathetic and allowed us access to private pool that was clean. But in my opinion, not worth a return visit

Property has spectacular pool. During stay unswimmable. Pool filter in disrepair. Causing water to become dirty with algae growing on pool. Property should have informed customers prior to arrival.

Vacances 2 semaines
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 2 semaines, le service très bien, le petit dejeuner tres complet et variés. Seul le nettoyage de la chambre laisse a désirer notamment la salle de bain. Et l'hotel est eloigné du centre de khao lak, un taxi est nécessaire car peu de navettes de l'hôtel pour s'y rendre (1 seule ou 2 par jour en cette saison). Je recommande cet hotel

Ein rundum zu empfehlendes Hotel der gehobenen Mittelklasse. Wir haben uns im The Haven wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Das Hotel liegt ruhig und etwas abgelegen. Es empfiehlt sich, einen Roller zu mieten.

Das Hotel ist etwas abseits gelegen und präsentiert sich an ruhiger, guter Strandlage. Der Markt in Bang Niang ist mit Taxi oder Roller in 10min erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und entsprechen einem guten Mittelklasshotel, aber keinem 5-Sterne-Standart. Sehr schön präsentiert sich die weitläufige Poolanlage, welche sehr gut gepflegt wird. Frühstücksbuffet ist in Ordnung, aber nicht herausragend.

Nice hotel but needs a little bit of updating.
We had 2 deluxe rooms pool access. The pool access is great and is done at different levels so allows only 5 or so rooms can use that part of the pool. Some had only 2 rooms but a smaller area of the pool but still decent. The food was very nice and very affordable. Service was very good except for breakfast. The breakfast area is small for the size of the hotel. And we went in low season. We had to split up for one of the breakfast which was not great. Choice was good. In the area- about 10 minutes walk you have a small supermarket, a couple of massage places and a couple of restaurant. The massages came in handy as we had rain on the 2 days we were there. We tried the restaurant next door and it was good too. Cheaper than the hotel but the hotel is a bit more and very good quality. So either option is fine. They also have happy hour in the bar from 9pm for an hour. They provide a shuttle every day to go to Khao Lak centre and market at 4.15pm for 2 hours. On some days they have 2 shuttles with another at 2.15pm.

Property is tired and needs attention with maintenance Also very annoying when they scrub the algae of the pools during the day when busy with swimmers having to wade through floating algae this should be cleaned at night

The hotel is situated about a 7 minute taxi from the centre of Town (TB 300). Very quiet secluded area, but with 2 local bars/ restaurants within 500 meters. The hotel is fabulous with the biggest pool in Thailand! Nice bars and restaurant. This is a ‘no kids’ resort. Very pleasant experience.

Ett fantastiskt vackert och lugnt hotell. Vi avslutade vår vistelse i Thailand här och är så nöjda. Personalen var underbar, vi anlände sent på kvällen och dom hade gjort iordning en påse med kvällsmål till oss. Frukosten var otroligt fräsch och hade stort urval. Poolområdet var lugnt och mycket välskött.

Fntastiskt läge och utsikt från poolen.
Fantastiskt läge med den finaste strandlängan i Khao Lak, bra fräscha rum och badrum, stoor svalkande pool. Maten är helt okej men finns bra restauranger i närheten. Med moped tar du snabbt in till Khao Lak Centrum där du har massa shoppar med smycken, väskor, kläder osv.

This is nowhere near 5 star. Room lovely but everything else average. Priced way too high. No evening entertainment and everything finishes early. This needs to be made clear

The Haven is situated 5-10 mins from the main areas of Khao lak by taxi, and fronts a gorgeous stretch of quiet beach. The network of pools that runs through the property is extraordinarily beautiful, get a pool entry room if you can add you swim straight in from your room. Our room was large and well appointed, clean and comfortable. Although the staff are friendly, they are not trained to the level of a good resort. The buildings are well designed and pleasing. The only problem we had was with the food in the resort. Breakfasts were fine, but all meals were had at the Vongole restaurant and room service were truly awful. 2 minutes walk up the beach road leads to some shops, restaurants and amenities that are superior and far more reasonably priced than the hotel. Trip highlights were the pool and beach at the resort - best in area - and sunset drinks at La Flora in Bang Niang and the Golden Elephant restaurant on the strip in Khao lak central. Recommend the area and resort for a relaxing holiday, though there are some low key adventure day trips.

Perfect for Couples Getaway
We had an amazing time at The Haven. They have everything available that you might need, and are very eco-aware (using glass water bottles rather than plastic, etc). Rooms are amazing and super comfortable, and the pools are amazing as well!!! Only con: service can be a little slow. We tried to order drinks at the swim up bar, but after 20+ minutes of sitting there unable to get an order in we left. You need a taxi or motorbike to get into town, so the area was nice and quiet.

Éloigné de la ville mais tellement bien placé pour être au calme, au bord de la plage, l'hôtel est à une bonne heure de l'aéroport de Phuket. Des restaurants situés à proximité permettent de dîner facilement à pied et des taxis sont toujours dispos. Les chambres sont très grandes, au calme, les lits confortables. Le personnel est attentif. Les équipements sont bons : piscine, salle de sport, ... Le petit déjeuner est riche et varié, servi sur une large amplitude horaire. Un lieu où il fait bon vivre !
