On checking with maintenance to see what happened to your room. It was sprayed for ants and you checked in before the maintenance staff had a chance to screw the power point back in. Sorry you didn't stay and enjoy our facilities.

Hi Monique, Thanks so much for your lovely comments about the room. The cafe/bar is open twice a day over winter, for breakfast 8-10am then again from 4pm - close (depending on guests requiring service) sorry if you didnt get this explained on check in.

Dear Dawn, Thanks for your lovely review, sorry about the weather but at least the pool was nice and warm. Glad you had a good stay with us.

Thanks for telling us about your stay. We do charge for day visitors using our facilities if they are not staying with us as we are not a public facility and our facilites are for our guests. We do make all our family reunions and groups aware of our policy which must have been missed by your family organiser. We do have shallow walk in areas for people with access concerns. Sorry you were disappointed with your stay

Hi, thanks for your comments, our pool area is a licenced area as soon as you walk thru the gate so we can not allow guests to bring in their own food or alcohol the same as any restaurant or bar in any town.
