LUXURY VILLA WITH AC AND PRIVATE POOL

Perheystävällinen huvila, jonka tarjontaan kuuluu vesipuisto ja ulkouima-allas
Tässä huvilassa on vesipuisto, ulkouima-allas ja pyykinpesutilat. Lisäksi majoituspaikassa on grillejä. Huvilassa asiakkaiden käytössä on 4 makuuhuonetta sekä ilmainen Wi-Fi ja parveke. Keittiö, jossa on jääkaappi sekä uuni, ja asiakkaiden käytössä on myös yksityinen uima-allas ja poreamme. Siivouspalvelu on saatavilla pyynnöstä.
Ilmastoiduissa huoneissa on yksityinen uima-allas ja tallelokerot. Huoneessa on parveke. Huoneissa on kalusteina ruokailupöytä ja keittiösaareke. Keittiö, jossa on jääkaappi, liesi, mikroaaltouuni ja erillinen ruokailualue. Kylpyhuoneista löytyy kylpyamme tai suihku, poreamme, bidee ja hiustenkuivaaja.

Asiakkaat voivat surffata verkossa käyttämällä huonehintaan sisältyvää langatonta internetyhteyttä. Huoneissa on älytelevisio. Lisäksi huoneissa on kahvin-/teenkeitin ja silitysrauta/-lauta. Siivous on saatavilla pyynnöstä.

Tässä huvilassa käytössäsi on vesipuisto ja ulkouima-allas.

We had an amazing time in Tenerife. The house was beautiful and what you see in the pictures. We had a car rental and I do recommend because it is up on a hill. You should explore the different aspects of the island as well. Álcala and Medano were 2 of the towns we visited to go to the beach. I highly recommend visiting them. We also did a tour of the Bodega Monje, well worth it. We also used the Tamaran jeep tour of Mt Teide and the Masca valley. Also well worth it! Everyone was welcoming and friendly.

La maison est entourée de chantiers. Réveillés le lundi matin par un tractopelle qui chargeait des rochers et les deversait dans un camion benne dès 7h30 !! Une mauvaise foi de la propriétaire qui nous a dit ne pas le savoir lors de notre dernier paiement 15jours avant notre arrivée !! Au vu du chantier, celui-ci avait débuté depuis aumoins 6 mois.

We arrived at the villa and on first impression we were very impressed, although the location was much further up the hill than the location shown on VRBO. We then found water worms in the pool, which the owner came to look at and assured us he would discuss with his technical team. He said he would pop back to sort. All was ok until we awoke Monday morning at 07:40am to pneumatic drills and clouds of dust, this made the outdoor area unusable during the day. THE FACT THAT CONSTRUCTION WAS GLING ON LOCALLY WAS NOT IN THE DESCRIPTION. We messaged through VRBO and received a response from the owner saying he was very annoyed as they were supposed to spray water to prevent dust (no mention of noise)(also confirming to me the owner was fully aware that heavy construction was going on). Nothing changed so we complained again and received no response from the owner. We are extremely dissatisfied as we booked a villa with a pool as our intention was to spend the bulk of the holiday by the pool enjoying the villa. This was impossible as the noise and dust was in unbearable. We feel very let down

Excellent Villa, as described everything provided that you will need. Great communication from owners, one issue which was fixed within 10 mins. Views are outstanding, heated pool was great and loads of space around villa so you aren’t crowded. Car not essential, Taxis are good just be aware of peak times 6-8pm you may not be able to get one, plan around this and you’ll be good. Hill tough to walk up and down, about 45mins to an hour to go down to beach depending on pace and about double that to go back up it’s very steep! Would recommend to groups and families great place.

Met het zicht op een zonnige herfstvakantie, gingen we een tijdje geleden op zoek naar de geknipte locatie om deze druilige week door te brengen in het warme Tenerife. Met de foto's van de website in ons achterhoofd, waren we er dan ook van overtuigd dat we hiervoor de geknipte locatie gevonden hadden. Niets bleek minder waar. Bij het binnentreden van de villa merkte we al op dat de keuken erg vuil was. Koffiezetapp was gebruikt en niet schoongemaakt, overal kruimels en haar in de kasten, werkblad voelde plakkerig aan,.. Alvorens deze te gebruiken, hebben we dan ook zelf eerst alles grondig schoongemaakt. Na de eerste nacht merkte we ook dat er een ondragelijke stank vanuit 1 van de badkamers kwam. Het leek van de leidingen te komen, waardoor we deze badkamer dan ook niet gebruikt hebben en zoveel mogelijk hebben afgesloten. Omdat we alvorens ons vertrek merkten dat we een latere vlucht hadden geboekt dan de oorspronkelijke tijd in de villa, wilde we graag een dagje bij boeken. Dit was uiteraard allemaal geen probleem, mits betaling natuurlijk. De eigenaar zou deze extra som (want de totaal prijs was al volledig betaald) komen ophalen tijdens onze eerste dag van de vakantie. Ook hier liep de organisatie helemaal mis en hebben we pas de 4de dag een kennis(?) van de eigenaars over de vloer gekregen die het resterende bedrag af kwam halen. Wanneer we deze man vertelde over onze bekommernissen, werd hier NIET naar geluisterd. Omdat we zo teleurgesteld en toch ook misnoegd waren doordat onze woorden niet gehoord werden ( + de geur was duidelijk waar te nemen) besloten we dan ook het resterende bedrag nog niet te betalen tot er een oplossing zou komen voor de geurhinder. De man ik kwestie beloofde ons langs te komen met een loodgieter, wat nooit gebeurd is. Bij thuis komst werd na enkele weken toch nog het resterende bedrag van de rekening gehaald. Ik kan niet meer zeggen dan dat ik echt heel erg teleurgesteld ben in hoe de eigenaars zijn omgegaan met de gebreken in hun vakantiewoning. Een tegemoetkoming had hier echt wel op zijn plaats geweest. Ik hoop dan ook ten zeerste dat ze de inkomsten van zowel ons als andere huurders zullen gebruiken om hun woning een beetje op te knappen en wat te doen aan de geurhinder. De koffiemachine die we kochten omdat het andere zo vuil was + het feit dat wij het huis schoner hebben achter gelaten dan toen we er zelf toekwamen, hebben ze in ieder geval niet van het rest bedrag getrokken. ;) 1 keer en nooit meer.

Great house and location. Owners are available for questions. Some things need to be fixed up like the jacuzzi ( did not work ) and the showers ( weak ). But overall very cosy but still very rooms and a great kitchen!

This villa was lovely. Nice and spacious, within walking distance to shops, beaches, The Marina etc. However it lacked a few minor things. There were no bins in the bedrooms or bathrooms. Two bedrooms didn't have a mirror in them so two of us had to share the mirror in the hallway to get ready. The master bedroom's bathroom smelt really badly of sewage to the point that my friend had to shut the door permanently and didn't want to spend too much time in the bathroom. There was only soap provided in the downstairs toilet and there was no toilet roll at all even though it was listed in the amenities. Also they hadn't cleaned the villa thoroughly as when I put my suitcase on the floor on the upstairs hallway it got absolutely covered in dust. We also found dust elsewhere. Also, my friend who stayed in the downstairs bedroom had to clean her bathroom as she said it was not very clean. However, the kitchen was well equipped and it is a lovely villa so I would not put anyone off staying there and we would stay again, I just wanted to say this so they could address the little issues we had. I also think more information would be nice, not just a brief note, about all the nearest supermarkets, recommended restaurants, telephone numbers for taxi's etc. I tried to get a taxi number from the owner and they did not respond to my text or email.

Property was just as the pictures shown, albeit a little dated it was a nice property, weather wasn’t good so was a bit cold of a night with no heating, and showers were cold at times. We stayed 10 nights first time at a villa and really enjoyed the privacy.

Es war ein schöner Urlaub, das Objekt ist leider etwas verwohnt, hat aber dem Urlaub keinem Abbruch getan. Der Pool war sehr gut beheizt und die Lage ist toll.. fehlende Dinge wurde unkompliziert ersetzt. Mit drei Badezimmern ist es für die angegebenen möglichen Bewohnern zu eng ausgelegt.

Een prachtige villa met een wonderlijk uitzicht over de baai! Alles is aanwezig om met 8 personen te verblijven! Het is een grote villa met 2 terrassen en heel veel plaats,alles was heel proper! 1 minpuntje was,dat er meer wijnglazen mogen zijn en grotere kook potten voor 8 personen!

The property was clean on arrival, we were greeted by Cashbal who went through the villa rules with us. The villa was fully equipped with what we needed. If you stay here you will either need a hire car or taxi to places as it is high up the mountain, but this gives you phenomenal views of Tenerife. If we needed support with anything, the owner was just a message / call away. Definitely recommend staying here with family or friends.
