* Tenant registration is required in the building. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you forms to fill out and submit to the building before the check in date.

* A $500 damage deposit cheque is required by the building to book the service elevator for moving. Tenants can book the elevator directly through the Cybersuite app, which will be accessible once building tenant registration is complete.
