I suppose all this hotel sells is just the location, although there are certainly other options within the same block. I personally think this hotel is overpriced for the quality. The ventilation in our room was SO loud that I'm surprised if no one ever complained about it or the hotel never bothered to address it. The breakfast offers only minimal choices. The fact that they use plastic cutlery and paper plates seem to be an indication. There is no on-site dining except a restaurant attached to the hotel. I asked for hot water in the evening and was told none would be available. Parking is extremely expensive (although there is a public paid parking nearby which costs relatively less). Not to even mention that $35 daily amenity fees where there's no much 'amenities' other than the gym and the pool which seem to be a standard these days anyway. They do offer daily food credit to be used at the restaurant attached to the hotel but the food choices and quality were just very average, but I kind of felt compelled to go there because I didn't want to lose the credit! Overall, this hotel definitely is not worth the price. The staff, however, were friendly.
