Welcome to our charming modern traditional home located in Tremonton, Utah. This beautiful home seamlessly blends traditional elements with modern features, providing a comfortable and inviting space for your stay. The fully equipped kitchen and high-speed internet will make you feel right at home, and the spacious living areas and comfortable bedrooms offer a relaxing retreat. Take advantage of the backyard space for outdoor dining and entertaining, or simply relax under the stars. Conveniently located near local attractions such as Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge and Crystal Hot Springs, our home is the perfect base for your Utah adventures. We look forward to hosting you!

The Space:
The home is fully stocked and equipped with all the essentials. Each bedroom features comfortable gel hybrid foam mattresses with bamboo sheets and our famous down alternative pillows, you will feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. Bathrooms are stocked and equipped with every thing from shampoo, conditioner, body wash, to hair dryers and towels. Kids and groups will never get bored with our fun game such as foosball, air hockey, darts, puzzles, and more! Lastly, this home sits on .6 acres of open yard - perfect for getting outside and playing!

Guest Access:
The home has on extra deep driveway with a garage. You will enter the home from the front door where you'll find a digital door lock to let yourself in.

The Neighborhood:
The town of Tremonton is both charming and welcoming to all! With a strong focus on the outdoors, you will experience one of the best communities in America.

Getting Around:
We recommend having a vehicle when staying here. Winter can bring lots of snow - pack and travel accordingly.

Lots of space
The four bed rooms had a lot of space for people to spread out. The dining room table seats 10 - which was awesome. Having 3 full bathrooms made a big difference in the mornings. The main bedroom is upstairs and the door opens to a panel of east-facing windows. The room stays dark and restful and youre greated with a giant "HELLO" from the sun when you open the door. Living room has a large couch for gathering the troops. Backyard is incredibly spacious- one kid even did his morning workout by running labs around the backyard. My only feedback is that the hosts only communicated via email. I booked through the VRBO app and would rather communicate via the app, but that's fairly minor.

Comfortable and spacious
At first I was disappointed and worried that there had been a mistake or what I would find inside the house because from the outside it looked abandoned. The yard had not been mowed for a long time and tree branches and debris obstructed the sidewalks and porch. But inside was clean and comfortable and roomy and everyone had just the right space to make it enjoyable for the whole family. I did not, however, ever find the ironing board.

Hidden gem in Tremonton
We were in town for a family event consisting of three different families. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pictures were a true representation of the actual property. The house was clean. It was easy to communicate with the host. The host was very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again the next time we are in Tremonton.

Crystal Hot Springs Retreat
We had a retreat with nine women and this house was clean and all the rooms were huge. The master is completely private on the upstairs floor. The beds were clean and comfortable and the dining room table was large for all of us to play games at. I will be booking this house again.

The "Yard" is awesome
We had a total of 11 stay with another as a visitor. Four great bed rooms. Wonderful master suit on the top floor all by itself. 2 main floor bedrooms of good size. And the community bedroom down stars was huge. You could put at least 8 people and mor if you have blow up beds. The dining room table seats 12 comfortably and the kitchen was big enough for the whole group to help cook. It was also nice to have kitchenette downstairs with a second fullsize refrigerator. The front room has plenty of seating for conversations or watching an online movie. Great location. Grocery store is just 2 blocks away with several fast food place in the same spot. We stayed here so we could take the whole to Crystal Hot Springs, which is only a 10-15 drive away. Did i mention the back yard. There is plenty of room for a whole lot kids to play. We definitely recommend this place and the host.
