The property key was right in the middle of a lot of fun places to go in Orange County as far as shopping and pretty near the ocean and food choices

The property is close to the highway making it very noisy. The equipments in the kitchen were old and non functioning. Limited choice of breakfast and the breakfast didn’t change the three days we were there.

The shower was my favorite part and the pressure did not disappoint! They had excellent spread for breakfast and the location was close to Disneyland.

Easy access to the Hwy, area is nice with markets. Kitchen is nice but always seem to be missing something like cooking pans, utensil's, dish soap, sponge. This is our second time staying there.

Residence inn was great! Hotels.com sucks
The only issue i had with the hotel was the lack of dishes in the kitchen. Other than that it was amazing as always. My advice for using Hotels.com dont, book direct. I had a family trip planned with my grand daughter to meet us in Southern California and my grand daughter couldn't make it due to medical issues. I tried to change my reservation for a few months later and they said that they couldn't change my reservation. They said i can cancel but i will lose out on the money i spent. I talk to the hotel about it and they said as long as i changed 24 hours in advance they would have refunded me or made the change. That means that Hotels.com would have pocketed the money. That's not right. They have no heart and don't care about their customers.

Hotels.comのサイト地図の場所はズレているので、ナビ設定は直接、検索した方が良いです ホテルは清潔感あり、快適で、いいホテルです。 が、2泊目の室内掃除がされてませんでした。 ベッドもゴミ箱もそのまま。 日本のホテルみたいなエコプランだったのでしょうか？ そこが残念でした。 あと、1人滞在なのでキングサイズベットの部屋を予約してましたが、ツインの部屋でした。 それも残念 アップグレードだったかもしれませんが…

Great place to stay. Only negative thing is the parking fee. Breakfast is good!

No housekeeping
Hotel only offers housekeeping for those who stay for more than 3nights. And on the 3rd day will do room cleaning. My family and i booked this hotel for 4 nights. They never did housekeeping although i had requested it. When i informed them, they just offered more towels and toilet paper. We really enjoyed our stay here besides having to deal with a dirty room for our entire stay
