Spectacular huoneisto - Design parvi Valencian katedraalin vieressä

Ylellinen huoneisto, jossa on avantgarde-italialaisia huonekaluja, uusia, äskettäin kunnostetussa 19. vuosisadan symbolisessa rakennuksessa Plaza de la Reinan ja Valencian katedraalin vieressä. Olohuoneessa on tilaa 100 metriä, ja se muodostaa eksklusiivisen parviympäristön. Avantgarde-keittiö on erotettu olohuoneesta valtavan lasioven avulla. Huoneistossa on myös kaksi makuuhuonetta, joista toisessa on oma kylpyamme kylpyammeella ja toisessa erillinen kylpyhuone suihkulla. Huoneistossa on 3 parveketta, joista on kauniit näkymät historialliseen Valenciaan, ja sisätilojen terassilla, jolla on kauniita puita. Se on erittäin aurinkoinen ja erittäin kirkas koko päivän. ILMAINEN WIFI.


Huoneistoa ympäröivät Plaza de la Reina, tyylikäs Calle de la Paz ja Valencian kultainen maili, jonka muodostavat Marques de Dos Aguasin ja Poeta Querolin kadut, ja sitä ympäröivät monumentit, museot, ylellinen ostosalue, ravintoloita, tapas-baareja ja terasseja. Beautiful apartment located in the center of all the action! Close to all of the attractions. Super spacious, clean, modern. Has everything you need. Convenient having washer/dryer to do laundry. Host María was very knowledgeable about València and made excellent recommendations for activities and restaurants. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful Stay in the Old City

This was a wonderful stay for our family of four. It was close to everything. Spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Maria was the perfect host! She reached out to me before we departed for our trip to make sure I had all of her contact information and ensured we had everything we needed. Above and Beyond

The location is unbeatable. Access to the best sights, activities and everything that Valencia has to offer. The accommodations are exactly as described and compliment the experience perfectly. Above and beyond the location and accommodations is the host, Maria. She shared the best places to go and sights to see and was always available to answer questions via text. Our children cried when we left because she made them feel so special and safe. We can’t wait to visit again!

Dream vacation

The beautiful memories of our stay in Valencia started the moment we met Maria. We had a delay in transit on the train from Barcelona. Instead of arriving at 6pm, we arrived at 11pm. Maria stayed in communication reassuring us that this would be no problem. She greeted us with her warm smile in the plaza and walked us to our apartment. It was late but our son hadn’t eaten and was hungry. She said she knew a nice restaurant but we would have to hurry. We sprinted along dimly lit alleys and arrived at a brightly lighted Italian Restaurant San Tomaso. We feasted on several salads and tinto de verano wine. It was surreal. Maria is a great conversationalist. Over dinner she provided information on the area and where to eat. She found out it was my birthday during our stay and offered a chauffeur who is a friend of hers who happens to be a retired professor of history. His name was Jose and he was a treasure of information. He drove us to Reneque for a unique experience of underground caverns where wine was previously fermented. We then had the best Paella at Casa Carmela and then visited the rice patties where the rice for paella came from while traveling in a gondola and learning the history of the region. An unforgettable birthday. Valencia is a MUST VISIT and Maria is the kind of person you will be happy to have met. She feels like family! Thank you for an amazing vacation! Looking forward to our next visit!

Great experience in Valencia!

Maria, the host, was fantastic! She took the time to make sure we knew how everything worked, highlighted many area attractions, and even helped us get taxis back to the train station after our stay. The apartment was clean, in good condition, and in a great, central location. We would definitely stay here again!

Magnificent Experience!

We had the most wonderful time here. Upon arrival, we were met by the lovely host. She was welcoming, very knowledgeable about the area, and even gave us a list of great restaurants and "must-sees". The apartment was spotless with everything you can think of to make your stay super comfortable. The location was amazing! You stepped out onto a pedestrian street and were just steps away from the Cathedral and delicious restaurants. We will be returning:)

A wonderful time in Valencia!!!

We had an amazing stay in Valencia. The host provided a wonderful place for us that felt like home. In addition, the host went above and beyond to help us plan our outings so we would see the most of Valencia as possible. She even was able to make us a reservation at an amazing restaurant for our last evening to celebrate the wonderful trip. The location is amazing - in the center of the old city! We felt extremely safe walking around the neighborhood. We are looking forward to returning and will definitely stay in the same rental! I would give more than 5 stars if possible. It is our new favorite city with such wonderful people!

Amazing appartment and great stay in Valencia

Valencia is a wonderful destination for a family, you cannot get bored! the appartment is wonderful, situated basically on the central Plaza de la Reina from where you can reach anything on foot. Clean, spacious, great beds, full of light, we loved to come back and do a siesta in this great appartment. Maria is an excellent host and took great care of us! Highly recommended!

5 stars in all categories ! Best Host we have ever encountered in our years with VRBO. Maria took care of us from the moment we arrived: showed us the neighborhood, recommended gourmet restaurants & all of the best places to visit during our stay - including ones too new to be in the guidebooks. Fantastic home and host

Our time in Valencia was incredibly memorable, all thanks to our wonderful host Maria. She was responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to provide ideas, restaurants, cafes, sites, etc in order to ensure that we made the most out of our trip. The flat was beautiful with plenty of space and privacy for two couples with comfort. We’ve already recommended the flat to our friends who will be in Valencia in a few short months.
