Siisti hotelli, huonoa yhteydenpitoa
Hotellin kanssa oli vaikea kommunikoida ennen matkaa (eivät vastanneet viesteihin). Lopulta sain vastauksen usean yrityksen jälkeen pari päivää ennen reissua. Hotelli oli siisti, hyvällä paikalla ja sinne oli selkeät opasteet. Huoneessa oli paperinohuet seinät, ja kaikki toisten asukkaiden äänet kuuluivat läpi. Sänky oli mukava. Kerran huoneen ovi oli jäänyt siivoojan jäljiltä auki, ilmeisesti vain vähäksi aikaa, mutta ihmetytti silti. Verot piti maksaa paikan päällä, vaikka ohjeissa luki että Hotels.comin kautta tulisi yhteydenotto siihen liittyen.

Hotelli hyvä, siisti ja sijainniltaan täydellinen. Respan sijainti kilometrin päässä aiheutti hiukan haasteita, siitä miinus.

Hauska pikkuhotelli hyvässä paikassa
Hotelli on siisti, pieni ja kotoinen, sijainti erinomainen mukavassa kaupunginosassa poissa pahimmista turistiruuhkista, mutta kuitenkin helppojen yhteyksien päässä. Lyhyen matkan päässä rautatieasemasta. Henkilökunta mainio, saimme hotelliin saapuessamme hyvän esittelyn Venetsiasta, paikoista jossa kannattaa käydä ja miten minnekin helpoimmin pääsee. Etukäteen saimme myös hyvät ohjeet hotelliin saapumisesta kuvineen ja karttoineen. Aamupala standardoitu, mutta riittävä. Hinta-laatusuhde Venetsian mittapuulla mainio.

War ok…nichts überragendes. Zur Info es ist nur eine Unterkunft und kein Hotel. Zugang mit ZugangsCode wird vorab per WhatsApp mitgeteilt. Staff nur zum Frühstück vorgefunden. Wir hatten das Frühstück nicht gebucht… wird aber seitens der Unterkunft angeboten. Im Summe war es bezahlbarer Aufenthalt zur Karnevalszeit in Venedig.

Para poder entrar a la propiedad estuve esperando 1 hora y media afuera de hotel con mi madre que tienes 74 años de edad y la temperatura se encontraba 44° por que la administración envio el codigo de entrada al hotel errónea y estuve llamando varios numero que decia el emial y en ningunos respondieron. Tan pronto tu entrar al hotel hay un olor horrible como si no limpiar.

Buen lugar solo no tiene recepción.
El hotel esta muy bien, mi problema fue que pensé que había recepción y no tienen. Mandan un código por Internet para acceder, pero yo no sabía y no lo encontraba. Mi habitación fue muy dificil de encontrar y pues no había nadie que orientara, de ahí en fuera todo muy bien. Habitacion limpia y comoda, buena ubicación. Si lo recomendaría.

Be aware there is no front desk. Any interaction came from housekeeping. The only confusing experience was the check in with no front desk. Very clean room and very convenient location

Die Dichtungen der Türen existieren nicht man hört jeden schritt und Tritt. Für den Check-in wurden mir die Daten um 15:00 Uhr zugeschickt, obwohl wir auch vorher unsere Taschen abstellen hätten können. Die Lichschalter am Gang sind alle 20 Sekunden durch ein klicken aufgegangen, in Ruhe schlafen ist in diesem Hotel nicht möglich.

Convenient Spot to Stay in Venice
We stayed with Locanda Herion mid October and found the location convenient and the accommodations comfortable. It was strange to never have seen a hotel employee at all during our stay but I understand this is the way some properties are going. It didn't cause us too much trouble. The only problem was some confusion with the checkin instructions. The instructions I was originally sent referred to a door that is not used in the "winter" (I didn't realize it was winter), The codes for the door in use and for our suite I had to manually request on the day of arrival. Other than that the directions to find the property from the train station were perfect. We would stay here again if we returned.

Daughters birthday treat
Booked as a guest so hotels.com couldn't help with problems. Best way is by water taxi from airport. Appartement didnt send key code entries until the day which i found a nightmare. This was via whats app due to no reception desk. Room was lovely comfortable beds small bathroom. Shame no tea coffee in the room . This was downstairs with disposable cups and no milk. Beware to work your tourist tax out on the main web page as they tried to charge me more. Over all i would stay here again even tho it is a fare walk to other areas of interests

5 stars WITH HEAVY RESERVATIONS. FIRST AND FOREMOST: download whatsapp before you stay here. We waited an hour in the rain for information to access the building but could not get a hold of anyone because of our US phone service until another guest helped us out and god bless her for doing so. She showed us to contact the peraon through whatsapp and aa soon as I got a hold of someone we were immediately in. The room was wonderful, the location was great, it was a perfect stay after the initial hiccup which may have been a random hiccup. So I repeat: download whatsapp because that's how we got a hold of someone quickly.

The location is nice. Very close to a main street and 2 minute walk to water transportation. There are two mobile cell phone shops very close. Two cafes and pizzerias. Backyard terrace is nice but they need to fix the lighting as it was flashing uncomfortably so I would recommend eating breakfast in the terrace in the day time until they fix it. They have luggage storage which was very useful on our last day so we can do activities after checkout. Overall a pleasant experience experience.

Great stay right in the heart of Venice. As others have stated, the check in process can be a bit cumbersome, but just make sure you fill out all of information that they request before you get there. And also whatsapp is the best way to communicate with them. The room was comfy, very clean, and had everything we needed. The housekeepers that we met were very friendly, helpful, and eager to answer any questions that we had. Do yourself a favor to get away from the big crowds and spend some time in Cannareggio. Great food choices and more locals than tourists. Locanda Herion was a great stay!

Pleasant hotel, great location.
Great location as it’s only a 15 minute walk to the main tourist attractions i.e. Rialto Bridge, St Marc’s Square etc… It is only 10 minutes walk from the bus station so no need for water taxi’s when arriving from the airport. Our room (2B) was in good condition with a comfortable bed. Good air con and good wifi. We definitely recommend this hotel, would stay there again.

We were in the ground floor so had no view. Otherwise was great! Room was very small but had a refrigerator and safe.
