Rude staff, bad service. Not 5 star.
Terrible service, very rude staff. Even though I booked & paid for 2 nights & wasn’t able to get a refund I left the hotel a few hours after checking in & went to stay at the Bristol instead. This hotel doesn’t deserve a 5 star rating. So bad I actually paid to not stay there.

splendid condition
A great Hotel in splendid condition. Its clean, good wifi, has a comfy bed, nice spa area with pool and a rich and tasty breakfast. Staff is helpful and they speak English well. Warsaw is not the prettiest city to be honest but the Hotel is very close to its old town which is worth a visit. Also shopping is close by so location is great.

Loistava sijainti vanhan kaupungin kupeessa, mutta lähellä myös uutta keskustaa. Aamiainen ja palvelu huippuluokkaa. Huone ja kylpyhuone ovat vähän kuluneita, samoin sängyt. Spa oli pettymys, vain yksi allas. Suihkuja oli vain yksi, jonottaminen ei ollut mukavaa.

Kokonaisuudessaan hieno kokemus Sofitelissa. Erityis kiitos siitä, että saatiin huone jo klo.10 aamulla! Aamupala buffet sekä huoneeseen tilattavat aamiais vaihtoehdot testattiin ja oli todella laadukasta kahvia ja ruokaa! Spa-osastolla mainostettava ”hammam” eli höyrysauna on perus suomalainen puusauna, se oli hiukan kummaa. Aula baarissa erinomaiset drinkit ja ystävällinen sekä nopea palvelu.

Väldigt trevligt bemötande både i receptionen, concierge och vid frukosten. Trevlig frukost med mycket att välja på. Fantastiskt god mat på Brasseriet. Sängarna och kuddarna på rummet var underbara. Det enda negativa var att det luktade illa på rummet. Möjligen har det varit tillåtet att röka på rummet tidigare. Det kändes inte så fräscht. Det är det enda negativa. I övrigt är vi supernöjda.

What I found weird,,,,was 15 zł charge for ice bucket…. No ice machines for guests…. In the hotel… Staff friendly , nice breakfast. Nice locations , comfortably beds Nice and clean room , coffee, tea in the room Room service breakfast we didn’t get what we ordered exactly… but it was good …. Stayed twice with the family, Between Sofitel Victoria, Bristol and Europejski. Good locations… I asked at the front desk for parking , so I did not have to pay every time I came in and out … So you pay 150 zł a day not more and I got a parking ticket to come and leave… Hope it’s helpful.

My trip was cancelled due to a death in the family of my traveling companion. I tried to cancel my reservation two days before my expected arrival but the hotel refused to refund my money. Later, they said they would consider a refund but required a verification from Expedia that the reservation was canceled. Expedia refused to provide verification. Also, I purchased hotel cancellation insurance which proved to be worthless.

Very clean and spacious rooms and bathroom. Quiet area and close to old town. Walkable distance to everything. The only bad experience was the heating. It was way too hot due to the hotel temperature setting overriding the room temperature setting. Opening the window helps try not ideal in the snowy winter.

Un peu déçu
Cela fait déjà plusieurs fois que je réserve cet hôtel dont les prestations ont toujours étaient de très bonne qualité. Comme d'habitude j'ai passé un très bon séjour mais je constate que la qualité de services n'est plus la même. Peut-être c'est dû au manque du personnel. D'habitude le personnel est au petit soin pour les clients cette fois-ci on dirait qu'ils ne font plus de petites attentions si agréables (pas de jouets pour le bébé dans la chambre, pas de micro-ondes en libre service pour chauffer le plat bébé, pas de portier quand tu passe avec la poussette, les demandes divers expédiée rapidement..mobilier de piscine un peu détérioré) je suis un peu déçu car je me suis habitué que c'était toujours top. Par contre, le restaurant et l'espace bar sont toujours aussi bien.

Average hotel. Won't stay here again
The air conditioning didn't work in the room. It was far too hot. Poor service. If you have allergies don't bother buying breakfast very poor selection. I gave up with breakfasts in the end.
