My room had candy under the desk when we first entered. Towels were dirty. Air vent had a smoky smell. Dirt behind the tissue holder in the bathroom. Ceiling had dirt spots. Dirt in the pool and all around the pool and yellow stain in the bath tub. No good wifi in the downstairs office area. Carpet dirty

Worst experience
I checked in there was no shower curtain in the room I called no answer. Went out and told them I needed a shower curtain and they gave it to me in my hand saying they dont do it. It's my job. Absolutely not acceptable when I'm a a customer. The front desk guy Giovanni and the late night guy was rude when I was trying to explain to them if I fall and slip putting it on I will sue they didn't care and didn't want to put my shower curtain. The food is horrible and not cooked right. The manager never to be found. It's outdated the sheets has holes. Needs caulking.

Nice. Not a lot of frills but excellent for the cost. Staff is friendly, great location for anything you forgot to pack!!!. very clean. I frequently stay here on my way through to my destination.

The room was not updated the tub had paint chips missing every time I turned the bathroom light on there were bugs. I have never had a hotel hold my card of incidentals took the money out right away and them I was told it will be back on in 4 to 5 days. I will never stay here again.

The fire alarm went off 4 times Saturday night and 3 times Sunday morning and the only explanation from staff was that a child had pulled the alarm. No voluntary notification from the staff other that what I sought out from the front desk. Completely unacceptable.

There was roaches in the bathroom and dogs barking couple doors down all night. We told the front desk and hopefully we hear from management.

Many of the items in the room were broken including one lamp, the tv remote, the toilet, and the sink nozzle. The carpet was dirty and there was a short curly hair on the lamp shade. There was still garbage in the trash cans from the room’s previous guests. Oddly, this was also the first hotel that did not ask for identification and a credit card upon check-in. I will not be staying here again.

Rooms are comfy, not a lot of noise can be heard from outside. Plenty of hot water for showers. But…. They want a $150 CC refund hold upon your arrival…. Even after you have paid online. $300 if using a debit card.

Great stay while at a lacrosse tournament with my son! Loved the proximity to the fields and the free breakfast! Absolutely loved the coffee machine!! Will definitely be there again next time we’re in the area.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. This was one of the worst experiences. The staff was not very friendly, especially the young girl that handles the breakfast in the morning. Could tell she didn’t like to be bothered when u asked her to refill something. And to top it all off my room had bedbugs. I used to enjoy staying here for a little weekend getaway but it’s not what it used to be

Best Western Should Try To Do Better
Peeling popcorn ceilings, black particles in the heating, cooling unit, sticky damp and dirty carpet, visibly dirty curtains. Gentleman at front desk was very professional and polite.

Shower head sprayed all over. Carpets had stains all over and room smelled like smoke. The staff was wonderful but not enough for me to stay the rest of my visit. I checked out early. The indoor pool was freezing cold and was cloudy. Throughout the night people were knocking on doors and running through the halls. I didn't get a good night's rest.

Staff was super nice and helpful BUT....Room 1 (non-smoking room) smelled just like 2 packs of cigarettes were just smoked in the room and the fridge was making an awful noise. Room 2 - floater in the toilet and it wouldn't flush. Room 3 - smelled better but not great, bathroom door didn't close and stains on carpets...just not that pleasant but better then the last two rooms and only sleeping the night and leaving in the morning. I was very disappointed!!

Acceptable for the price
This hotel was okay for the price we paid. It was in a pretty convenient location and had an okay free breakfast. No issues with the room or the main lobby. The elevator smelled bad and the corners of it looked gross. The woman at reception seemed a bit annoyed that we showed up to her hotel.
