Lake Martinez Home venerampilla & doc

Rentoudu tässä mukavassa 2-kerroksisessa 4 makuuhuoneen 3 kylpykotissa, joka sijaitsee Martinez-järven AZ pohjoisrannalla. Tämä koti on suojaisessa yksityisessä 5 kodin aidatussa yhteisössä. Se on sisääntulossa oikealla Fishers Landing -alueen ulkopuolella. Se on veden päällä ja sillä on oma veneramppi, veneen luisto ja katettu pysäköinti yksityisellä laiturilla. Tonnia pysäköintitilaa ja useiden veneiden käynnistäminen käytettävissä tarvittaessa. Siinä on pelihuone, jossa on biljardipöytä, flipperi ja shakkipöytä. Kodissa on ilmastointi, WIFI, pesukone / kuivausrumpu ja ylimääräinen jääkaappi / pakastin autotallissa.

Koti on rakennettu vuonna 2005, suunniteltu modernein mukavuuksin ja tyylillä. Täysin kalustettu ja valmis vuokrata. Kalastus, vaellus, maastopyöräily, veneily tai vain rentoutuminen ovat joitain aktiviteetteja, joita voit nauttia tässä kauniissa kodissa. Kotona on näkymät järvelle ja auringonlaskuille. Vuokra muutama kuukausi kerrallaan erityisestä alennuksesta tai saatavana viikoittain tai kuukausittain.

The house and neighborhood were nice. The dock and launch were also nice. A lot of donkey droppings which was expected and now a big deal. The house wasn’t the cleanest but wasnt too terrible. The ladder on the dock could definitely use a good cleaning.

Great luxury accommodations, lots of space in kitchen, garage, rooms, driveway and lot. Pool table and resort-style (Hollywood and rock limited edition memorabilia) decor add to the sense of destination. Owner was instantly available and communicative and anticipated our stay and needs. Just great.

Home Requires Care

It’s a great house with potential. Mike was very accommodating and a good communicator. Unfortunately, there were some issues. The commercial ice maker is gone and ice makers in refrigerators not working. The pinball machine inoperable and pool table was missing a ball, until we found it behind a cabinet in the family room three days in. The kitchen doesn’t have an island but a peninsula. It needs organizing and cleaning. There was leftover food. The yard is mostly dirt and firepit is circle of rocks. BBQ is an old Weber. To enjoy the outdoors, bring shade, chairs, wood, and charcoal. The water inlet was full of donkey excrement and algae so thick it filled the area so we launched at the marina. The water level was so low we had to walk the boat for some time before it was deep enough to drive. We ended up not being able to dock it at the house. We would feel more welcome in a clean environment. There was sand on the floors, unclear windows (looked like they have never been cleaned, note closed blinds in the pictures), dirty sheets (crushed pill capsule in master bed), dirty dishes and mouse excrement scattered about. Maintenance items need to be addressed. Light bulbs out, light switches not working, door handles broken, shower fixtures need replacing. The WIFI is slow and cuts out. Lastly, the house is for sale. We would stay again if the issues were addressed, maybe by new owners.

Great safe location and big home

4 of my friends stayed here. We all towed our own boats here with full size trucks. There was plenty of parking on the property to accommodate us. The home is located in a private gated culdesac. This one was lake front. Mike was extremely helpful and responsive to my messages. Kitchen was well equipped. Home was clean. We would definitely stay here again. The home appeared to be custom built, so some of the light switches were tricky to use.

Awesome river home

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for some water fun and relaxation. The house was well equipped and very spacious for all of us. There is plenty of parking and we loved having a dock for our boat. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful river house

House was perfect for our Fathers Day get away with family. Lots and lots of room all around and everyone definitely enjoyed the pool table once we were off the water. Plenty of parking, ramp and dock are super closer and easy to use. We even had a few wildlife visitors in the early morning coming to drink from the cove. Would love to rent again!

Convenient to mining

It was an interesting house that worked great with the 6 of us. We were mining so convenient to the Red Cloud road. Bathroom needed a handle on the shower in master bath. Could use some updating but, all in all, very comfortable.

Epic River Trip and House

The house is great! Very well taken care of and an awesome house to stay in. There is great celebrity memorabilia all over the house which was cool. We played lots of pool cooked up some good meals and the house was far enough from the night life to keep us covid safe. The only thing that could make the place any better is more light outside in to light up the backyard so we could play outdoor games at night like cornhole or KanJam. 10/10 would recommend to friends and families!

Run down frat house

We had the complete opposite experience than other reviewers unfortunately. The only good thing I can say about this place was the air conditioner worked great. We were greeted by the smell of beer and urine when we got the broken door open. Within seconds we realized the cleaners never came to clean from renters before. We traveled 6 hours by car with a young child and just wanted to unload and relax but the house was so gross we didnt feel comfortable sitting anywhere. Called the owner and he said sorry cleaners are on the way. We sat on our coolers while they cleaned . Used blankets were put back on the clean sheets, toaster oven looked like it hadn’t been cleaned from the 39 other reviewers, oven had burnt food and crumbs all over , just to list a few. We had to clean and finish the laundry the cleaners started from the group before the rest of the night. Owner couldn’t have been more unhelpful after we alerted him and sent photos. Besides the huge uncleanliness issue the house is rundown and needs a lot of attention. Broken grill, sink faucet handle held on by a hair tie, trash compactor handle comes off every time you want to throw something away, arcade games didn’t work, and the carpet is disgusting. Our vacation was a huge bummer.
