Le séjour c’est bien passé en général. Concernant la chambre elle avait une super vue (directement sur la mer) par contre le climatiseur était collé au lit (bruit incroyable) et la chambre était très très très petite pour deux.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in agosto con formula pernottamento e colazione. L'hotel è un po' datato e non possiede l'ascensore. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile (abbiamo fatto il check out alle 4 di notte e in pochissimo tempo hanno controllato la camera prima di ridarci la caparra cauzionale). La colazione era molto essenziale. La camera era dotata di pinguino aria condizionata (relativamente silenzioso). Gli asciugamani sono stati sostituiti giornalmente se lasciati a terra. La moquette blu della camera aveva macchie di ogni tipo e in una settimana di permanenza l'aspirapolvere è stato passato una sola volta. L'hotel però é in una posizione comoda a tutto e leggermente fuori dalla confusione del centro città.

när jag bokade rummet så bokade jag fel natt, bad om att få byta dag och det var inga som helst problem och deras bemötande var otroligt fint. Hotellet ligger så centralt det bara går och precis nedanför ligger det en strand. Rekommenderas varmt!

I Love It....Booking For Next Year
Well I stayed at the hotel because there was an special event( Fresh Island Festival) 2 miles away on the beach and I wanted somewhere close. This was perfect area. I love that the beach was outside my door and all the restaurants were a 2 minute walk..The staff was A+ and the breakfast was also A+ ...the only small issue was the way the locks worked on the doors. ..I have already booked for next year

Hotel hat eine gute Lage
Das Personal war nicht gerade freundlich, das Frühstück war nicht zufriedenstellend. Die Teller waren überwiegend schmutzig, genau wie die Gläser und Tassen. Wurst war am Rand angetrocknet, obwohl das Buffet erst eröffnet wurde. Oft war vieles leer und es hat lange gedauert bis es aufgefüllt wurde. Das positive war, man konnte draußen auf der Terrasse frühstücken, somit wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Die Lage des hotels ist super (Einkaufen, Bars, Restaurants, Bushaltestelle...) direkt in der Nähe. Parkplatz war auch okay nur umständlich zu finden (man muss durch die Strand Promenade fahren um hinzugelangen). Das Zimmer hatte eine funktionierende Klima Anlage, doch das Bad hat total gestunken und wurde nicht gemäß gereinigt. Es gab keinen Föhn und die Seife im Bad war schon benutzt. Handtücher wurden nicht immer gewechselt und einmal wurde unser voller Müllbeutel einfach im Zimmer gelassen. Im großen und ganzen auszuhalten aber nur wenn man sich so wenig wie möglich im Zimmer aufhält. (Wie das im Urlaub meistens ist) zum Schlafen hat es gereicht.

A total waste
Worst hotel I have ever been in my life. The rooms are just nasty . Bathrooms light was gone and they never came to fix it. I complained 4 time and I lived there 3 weeks. They never clean the rooms. You must go to the reception and tell them to do it. Even then they never came. Actually the problem is that the hotel is owned by the government and they don't want to invest in it. The government has been trying to sell it for years. I talked to an employee. The only good thing is the location of it. Best location in the town.

Худший отель в личном антирейтинге. При регистрации над зоной ресепшн по потолку пробежала крыса, размером с кошку. В номере кондиционера нет, только вентилятор. Неимоверная духота. На завтрак есть нечего. В бассейне стоят металлические стулья, под ногами битые стаканы и бутылки, купаться опасно. Отель абсолютно не стоит своих денег.

HORRIBLE BEACHFRONT HOTEL
This place was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my three week trip throughout Europe. We booked this hotel to attend Sonus music festival, and we're given a 9am check-in time by the hotel. I printed out my emails with my confirmation and all my bookings for all my hotels on this trip. We get there around 11am and are told we can't check-in until 2pm, that the booking was incorrect, and that I should just go to the pool bar for free drinks for the inconvenience. This was not what we wanted! We wanted our room to be available and it wasn't. We get our room and the A/C unit doesn't work, none of the outlets in the hotel room work at all so none of us could charge our iphones, Ipads, laptops, NOTHING. Lastly, the toilet whenever we flushed it the water CAME OUT of the toilet. I complained to the front desk girl who was the same the entire trip (brunette girl with glasses who was super rude and unfriendly to me and my friends the entire time we were there) and NOT ONCE did she send anyone to the room to fix any of our issues. Don't be fooled by the pictures of this hotel. It was absolutely horrible, had no customer service, and they wouldn't even advise us on good restaurants or things to do around Novalja. DO NOT STAY HERE. I've traveled all over the world and stayed in some of the dirtiest hotels and hostels, but the service combined with the horrible accomodations made this the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

A series of disappointments
Many con's to a single pro. Pro: - Good location on the beach and a short walk from town Con: - Arrived at 2pm as per check in. The room was not ready as they had not started to clean it yet and we were asked to come back in 45mins. Came back in an hour, and room was still not ready, waited another 15 minutes before the room was finished and accessible. - After finally having access to our room, we found (because of the smell) dried vomit on the bottom of the bathroom sink. We were heading out for a few hours, and stopped by reception to let them know, and ask them to send someone to clean it while we were out, they had our permission to enter our room. Returned a few hours later in the early evening, and it had not been attended too, so we had to clean it ourselves. Language was not a barrier as my partner speaks Croation, so they clearly understood what was going on. - Whilst the room does have AC, TV and a fridge, all three items only have access to the one single outlet power point, which means you can only operate one thing at a time. - Hot water was a luxury, it took about 15 minutes for the shower to reach a luke warm temperature. - Room had patched holes in the wall and random stickers left on the walls from other guest. Hotel photos were not reflective of the room quality. - One of the swimming pools was a brown colour and was being hand bailed and was unusuable

Posizione fantastica, Hotel trascurato!
La posizione del Hotel è bellissima a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro di Novaglia però dovrebbe migliore la cura delle camere e della struttura in generale, il servizio di colazione è accettabile ma non dei migliori, la pulizia e la cura del giardino e di tutta l'area esterna lascia a desiderare, il Wifi funziona a singhiozzo e nella mia camera non c'era l'aria condizionata anche se doveva esserci. Detto ciò per i giovani può andare bene come alloggio anche perché ha un prezzo conveniente… però per una famiglia lo sconsiglio. P.S. ho dato questi giudizi perché è la realtà! io non sono uno con tante pretese però questo albergo dovrebbe migliorare considerando le grandi potenzialità che ha!!!!!

HOTEL DECEVANT
Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons récupérer la clé de la chambre. Nous avons eu la surprise de voir que la chambre n'était pas nettoyée. (lits non faits, aucun draps ni serviettes, salle de bain très sale; gel douche, cailloux, morceau de bois... et détritus sur un lit. Il était 22h, il avait eu toute la journée pour le faire quand même. Après s'être plein à la réception, ils nous ont donné 2 draps et 2 serviettes en nous disant qu'une femme de ménage viendrait le lendemain. Le lendemain, il a fallut les relancer 2 fois avant qu'une femme de ménage vienne enfin !! Elle n'est jamais revenu de la semaine pour faire les lits ou changer les serviettes ou encore passer un coup d'aspirateur... Depuis la fenêtre de la chambre, nous avions vu sur le derrière de l'hôtel: Détritus en tous genre dehors, "bidonville", très sale. Le buffet: moyen, les plats ne sont pas tenu au chaud, si vous ne vous servez pas dès qu'ils mettent des plats, vous mangerez froid. Il y avait 2 piscines dans l'hôtel, nous n'y sommes pas aller de la semaine tellement l'eau était sale, verdâtre avec nombreuses saletés dedans... Points positifs que j'ai retenu: emplacement de cet hôtel au bord de mer, clim et mini-frigo en chambre. En résumé: JE DECONSEILLE CET HOTEL !!!!!!!!! A FUIR !

hôtel proche de la plage il faut même rouler sur le bord de la plage pour accéder au parking.Les piscines ne servent qu'à y prendre l'apero des tables sont installées en permanence dedans. Sur les 3 chambres que nous avions l'une n'avait pas de climatisation, dans l'autre on ne pouvait pas fermer les volets les voilages sont bien mince pour atténuer le soleil levant La troisième était correcte jusqu'à la veille de notre départ où la chasse d'eau s'est mise à fuire provoquant une inondation dans la salle de bain.on s'est aperçu qu'il n y avait pas de télé Petit déjeuner correct . Personnel moyennement aimable. Hotel déconseillé pour des familles il fait plutôt penser à une auberge de jeunesse.

Albergo appena accettabile per il piccolo ruolo che deve svolgere in una località di divertimenti, in altre situazioni ci sarebbe stato da lamentarsi non poco per lo stato della camera e dell'albero. Consigliato se cercate una soluzione spartanissima ma vicino a tutto. Sconsigliato se rientrate nella categoria dei "vacanzieri che appena arrivati puliscono i cassetti prima di riporre i vestiti".

Deeply disappointing and misleading quality
Upon check-in, I stated that I had paid for a suite and the staff stated that a suite was not available. Only double rooms. The portable air conditioner was leaking seriously and the drainage tube had to be reattached. The floor remained we and needs a very deep carpet cleaning or replacement. The location was great but the overall quality was deeply below standards.

Amazing location.. but do not expect much else!
All you pay for for this hotel is the location! The hotel/apartments are in a great location.. on the beach and a very short walk to shops, food markets, restaurants etc. There is a beach bar and pool also which is great! Apart from the location it wasnt worth the price you pay!!! The rooms are not cleaned throughout your whole stay which was 7 nights for us! 3 girls in a small room, with carpet (Which looked as if it hadnt been properly cleaned or hoovered before us!), the same towels and bedsheets for a full week was not acceptable at all for the amount of money you pay! (we asked for new towels and got them but were told our sheets would be changed and werent.. - not good enough!!) "Free wifi".. works about 5% of the time! "Breakfast included" - you are better off going elsewhere for breakfast! ... "Air conditioning" - 1 fan! and in a 3 person room only 2 power sockets was a joke! especially when both the fridge and fan need to be plugged in! As I said, the location is amazing but room condition and hotel service really needs to be sorted out..! The price you pay is too much for the service your receive...

Hôtel sale, les femmes de ménage ne viennent jamais. Nous avons dû aller chercher les serviettes de bain et du papier toilette à la réception à plusieurs reprise, l'aspirateur je les fait de moi même par chance en ayant trouver un aspirateur dans les couloirs. Les chambre ne contiennent pas de climatisation. La wifi n'est actif que 4 jours sur 7 encore je suis gentille et disponible que vers la piscine ou le bâtiement de l'hôtel. Les deux bâtiments à côtés ne contiennent pas la wifi. petit déjeuner pas très apétissant. personnel de l'accueil pas très aimable. Les deux piscines étaient très sale. Voila pour les points négatif Point positif L'arrêt de bus et taxi à proximité Ainsi que les commerces et la plage. Bon petit restaurant Et de bon club pour s'amuser.

Un seul avantage l'emplacement
Sur le descriptif à la réservation il est indiqué chambre climatisée, ce n'était pas le cas dans la première chambre. Nous avons changé et avons eu un climatiseur qui fonctionnait à peine et faisait plus de bruit que de froid. Service de ménage ne passe pas chaque jour. Nous avons du demander 3 fois pour enfin avoir de nouvelles serviettes et que la chambre soit nettoyée. Très rare d'avoir une réponse satisfaisante aux demandes d'informations auprès de la réception. Il est indiqué wifi dans le descriptif des chambre, il faut préciser qu'il n'est disponible qu'aux abords de la réception. Hôtel en mauvais état (carrelage cassé à plusieurs endroits). Plusieurs jours sans eau chaude puis par intermittence. Très très bruyant toute la nuit, je comprends qu'il s'agisse d'une destination festive mais un minimum de respect n'est pas du luxe donc un agent de sécurité par exemple serait le bienvenu.

Rooms were dirty, in desperate need of a proper clean. Night staff were friendly and helpful, but the daytime reception woman (likely the manager) was just blatantly rude and should never work in the customer service industry

Grauenvoll, ekelhaft, Drogenprobleme, ...
Das Letzte vom Letzten. Dreckig, laut, vollgeschissene Toilietten in der Lobby, lauter drogensüchtige im um ums Haus, laut bis zum geht nicht mehr. einfach unmöglich.

Hotel ist veraltet und total verwüstet! Kein Wlan wie versprochen, frische Handtücher Mangelware....

Séjour d'une semaine dans l'hôtel qui ressemble à peu près aux photos. Problème! Il n'y a pas de climatisation dans les chambres contrairement à ce qui est indiqué et vu la chaleur c'est irrespirable. Les serviettes étaient sales à notre arrivée et le petit déjeuner est mauvais. A éviter si possible..

Convenient
No airconditioning in the middle of July! Nearly passed out from heat exhaustion in the room.... There was no record of my booking when I arrived! Unhelpful staff but convenient location for the purpose of my trip.

Terrible Stay
Upon arrival I was given the incorrect room, once I received the correct room we had no air conditioning which made the stay even worse. They provided us with a fan, our first room was smaller but had air.
