This fully air-conditioned upper level house comes fully furnished with modern furniture with lots of rear parking. The upstairs in carpeted with three large bedrooms all with queen sized bedroom sets. Each room has large closets with a full walk in closet in the master bedroom with large en suite bathroom with large counter top with two sinks and jetted full length ft tub, with another full-size bathroom on upper level.
The main floor is a modern dark style hardwood floor that has a large den in the front of the house and half bath. The front foyer leads into the large open concept kitchen / dining room and living room. Back of the house has a large patio, BBQ with ample parking. City and Site Bus stops only 2-minute walk from the house last to be picked up, first to be dropped off coming from site.
