Regarding the pre-survey, we are aware that your preferences were not taken into account as they should have been, and we sincerely apologise for this oversight. However, we should have been able to resolve any overheating issues by turning the system off, and we regret that this was not the case. We place great emphasis on the quality and variety of our buffet, with both savoury and sweet options, including homemade cakes.
