This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and I loved it! It’s conveniently located across the street from the beach, as well as surrounded by restaurants! It’s very close to Old San Juan and the airport too. The staff is very friendly, and our room was spacious and clean. I definitely recommend staying here!!

Hotel is fine, but the area of the strip it is on is not ideal. Bar is nice, pool is nice, but restaurant in the hotel is below average. That said, for the price, compared to what other mainstream hotels wanted, it was a good find.

The first thing to rescue about this hotel is the pool that we used after the beach. About the staff they are not polite at all they really need education, they need to learn about customer service. Housekeeping they did clean the room once out of 4 days we stayed. Not even 1 bottle of water in the room. And definitely I will not recommend this hotel.
