”Hotel was ok. Not maintained at the same level as a universal property. Shuttle service to univeral is flakey, might as well plan on walking if you don't get a shuttle. They are very limited. And must be reserved ahead of time. It's about 1 mile from the hotel to the gates of universal.”

”Very nice property, a little busier than I expected and a lot more ‘theme park’ than hotel. Pool was very nice, not crowded but take your own cooler. Food and drinks can get a bit pricey.”

”Room was old, very noisy aircon, cockrot in the bathroom, good shower and pool area. Nice staff.Third floor view was bad, directly to the roof where's bunch of machines, so not worth of money spent, avoid that.”

”Reservé 2 habitaciones, una para mi y otra para mi hija y su esposo. Tuve que cancelar mi habitación en el segundo día porque el aire hacía un ruido que no te dejaba dormir, el mattres tenía un hoyo en el medio y las almohadas parecían sábanas dobladas. El fitted estaba sucio y en el baño habían pelos negros y nosotros no tenemos pelo negro. La nevera del cuarto se congelaba y hacía ruido. La habitación de mi hija se la hicieron en días alternos. El desayuno era aceptable. Te daban galletas...

”Huone oli tilava ja siisti. Hotellin sijainti on hyvä, jos aikoo vierailla Universal Studioilla. Palvelu oli mukavaa.”
