The staff was very helpful and polite. The front desk help even made telephone calls to check on our luggage with the airline that never arrived.

Very average hotel, a bit old and not recently renovated rooms. Good service at front desk, but weird that you have to leave your room keys at the front desk before going out of the hotel. Overall, decent but not worth the price. Marseille also felt overpriced and dirty, if you can, skip Marseille and stay around Provence region towns.

If you’re a VIP don’t bother they are indifferent Rooms noisy if someone closes the door next room the whole bed shakes Bed is comfortable.
