”Drove in to the arch Was met bye Josh at the door , amazing lad took my car also our bags checked us in our luggage was took to rooms as we had to go straight away and walk up to the stadium to watch Newcastle ! Hotel is amazing would recommend it to everyone and it’s definitely 5 stars ”

”Absolutely worth every penny. Easily the best hotel in Newcastle. Beautiful modern rooms, luxurious details, incredible food, and such friendly, attentive staff. We were greeted at the door and our bags were taken straight to our room. I’d 100% stay here again.”

”We stayed for just one night visiting our son at Uni. The apartment was superb. Perfect as a comfortable base for going out and about. Despite the traffic in the area it was quiet. Bed was comfy so a good night’s sleep. Communication from the owner was excellent. Will definitely return. ”

”Worst hotel ever in Europe. And yes, in this case I include Russia in Europe. Room stank like years of smoking, bathroom like piss. Piss stains on the toilet seat, whole rainbow of different coloured stains on all of the towels and bedding. Noisy and a spot light pointing at the window. Arrogant and unhelpful older woman at the reception (this one was definetly no lady). Avoid if you're travelling alone, can't say anything about the bigger rooms, but assume the worst.”

”Fabulous stay in perfect location, all staff were friendly and helpful, shoutout to Andrew and Tessie in particular for excellent service of the lovely breakfast, room was comfortable with every amenity required. If I have to find a fault I can only cite the pillows were not to my personal liking.”

”We stayed for one week due to a conference trip. - The biggest negative comes from the very stinking room. Even though the air conditioning was effective you can't air the room as windows don't open. All the clothes smell really bad now - The bed very noisy and uncomfortable. Anytime anyone moved in the bed it made a loud noise, woke up for that several times in the night, also had very uncomfortable pillows. - The sheets had stains - Not noise proof room as advertised in the room description!...
