We strive to be as transparent as possible when it comes to the size of the room. Therefore, several pictures and the actual size of the room is available online. Regarding the breakfast, at the moment our breakfast room is getting a minor face lift to make this area more attractive for our guests. In the meantime, we provide all our guests with a nice breakfast in bed for a good start of their day. We do our utmost best to make this change as comfortable as possible and are very open for feedback to make this experience fun and attractive for our guests. We are very sorry to read that you were not satisfied with this. Furthermore, we have a coffee machine with fresh coffee available at the bar. We hope you did get to enjoy Amsterdam to the fullest. We offering housekeeping service every other day, however you can ask for more service if you would like. I'm sorry if this information was not communicated well during your check-in. My colleague at the reception tried to accommodate you and trying to give some solutions unfortunately we were very limited in our option. The city tax is 12,5% over your room rate and is going to the municipality of Amsterdam. We do not have any influence on that however all of this is communicated in the confirmation.
