"I had a good experience , Ian was up late and was bale to check me in after 10. He gave me a good rundown of where everything was at .He gave me some good tips on where to get food , gas and where and when to see sites and good hiking spots. The cabin was very clean and so was the bathroom ."

"The hotel is in a stunning location- it takes your breath away The rooms are comfortable and meet all of your needs However, the service is unfortunately not on par with a 5* We stayed for 5 days and our food bill was quite high - which we wouldn’t have minded if the food had been at a 5* level Servers ..."

Didn’t get the correct cabin
"The property and the staff was wonderful. The only issue was we had reserved a cabin with the a loft and we ended up with a two bedroom cabin instead. Asked about being moved, but the cabin was booked. We never understood how we ended up in the cabin without the loft when that was what we had reserved. ..."
