Dear Daniel,Thank you for your review and the time you took to write to us.I really hope that apart from what was written above, you generally enjoyed your stay with us. I will refer to your comment about the departure, starting with the keys. The working system of the keys is that they stop working around 12 o'clock, regardless of whether you have a late check out or not. With that, we always mention that you need to stop by the reception to renew your key. This was really not planned because all our guests are equally important to us and we would never categorize or privilege anyone. I'm sorry if you felt that way. Our hotel has been privatized since 3 o'clock in the afternoon, so I really don't know who could have spoken and given you this information, especially with the fact that we had several guests in the lobby even after 3 o'clock in the afternoon. All our guests who had the same departure day were informed the day before about the event, where you also received quite good amenities as a sign of attention from the organizers and the hotel. Everyone could also leave their luggage at the hotel even at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. I certainly hope that we will have the opportunity to host you again and treat you to a late check out without additional charge as a sign of our team's attention.
