Todella siisti hotelli, mutta kokolattiamatot luonnollisesti melko tahriintuneet. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja aamupala paras mitä koskaan ollut missään!

Hotelli, josta helppo pääsy Festival City ostoskes
Henkilökunta tosi ystävällistä. Jopa Ramadanin aikaan belgialainen ravintola oli auki; klo 19 jälkeen myös ulkoterassi aukaistiin ja sielläkin alkoholia tarjoiltiin ihan normaalisti. Terassilta on upeat näkymät Dubai Creek'lle. Toivomuksestamme saimme siirrettyä poislähtöä 2 tunnilla. Dubain keskustaan pääse hyvin, sillä takseja on käytössä paljon.

Erittäin siisti hotelli lyhyen taksimatkan päässä lentokentältä. Huoneet ovat tilavia, suuri sänky ja kirjoituspöytä, suurehko kylpyhuone ammeella. Hyvä allasalue, ei omaa rantaa. Hotellin ravintola on oikein hyvä, aamupalalla paljon valinnanvaraa. Hotellin yheteydessä on ostoskeskus, joten ruksilumahdollisuuksia löytyy. Toimiva ilmainen netti

Great Holiday Hotel
The location is convenient, just 5 min from the AP and still very peaceful next to the Creek with picture perfect city skyline views. Rooms are very generous in size and equipped with huge comfortable beds. The staff all around the hotel is extremely nice and friendly. The pool area is one of the best in Dubai. The only 3 negative things I want mention are the number of sun beds (I guess this is very normal issue in most of the hotels when the hotel is full) and there is a helicopter landing area next door for Helicopter sightseeing which seems to take off every 45min or so and this obviously causes annoying noice. The third is the long waiting time to get into the breakfast room if you want to sleep late and want to enjoy your breakfast between 10-11 am. Overall we are very happy and we will definitely be staying again (for the fifth time) in this hotel.

Hyvää palvelua ja hieno allasalue
Check-in järjestyi jo kahdeksan maissa aamulla, josta luonnollisesti olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä. Toki meilattiin asiasta etukäteen. Hieno hotelli kaiken kaikkiaan, varsinkin allasalue oli perheen pienimmille mieleinen. Ainoat pienet moitteet ovat, että huoneet ovat aika pienet ja ensimmäisenä päivänä aamiaisella oli aika moni ruoka loppunut kesken.

Hotellissa on todellä ystävällinen ja mukava henkilökunta. Allasosasto on juuri sopivan rauhallinen ja sieltä on hienot maisemat Dubai Creekille. Auton vuokraus oli hyvä vaihtoehto liikkumiselle, koska hotellista on hyvät yhteydet kaikkiin suuntiin. Ravintola sekä aamiaisvaihtoehtoja löytyy hotellin lisäksi runsaasti myös viereisestä Suuresta ostoskeskuksesta.

From the moment the storm began, the Crowne Plaza team sprang into action to ensure all guests felt safe and comfortable. Their proactive measures and efficient handling of the situation minimized disruptions and maintained a calm atmosphere throughout the hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating, promptly responding to any concerns and providing regular updates about the weather and services available. Their friendly and composed demeanor made a significant difference in managing the stress of the situation. Moreover, the hotel's preparedness for such events was evident, which included well-maintained facilities that could withstand the harsh conditions without compromising comfort. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable, breakfast is highly recommended, mostly very quiet — but if you have a noisy neighbor they can be heard through the connecting door only. The taxi ride is short from the airport though a shuttle is available from T1. The adjacent mall is a short walk away inside and even offers a dental office with excellent service.

The waterfront view was lovely, the bed was comfortable, and cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast was amazing and staff members throughout the hotel and the adjacent hotel were pleasant and helpful. Walking inside to the mall was a short stroll. In its category, this is a fine hotel for families and excellent to take a few days en route to another destination as its location near the airport is handy. Be aware the shuttle works only for T1. Would recommend updating the website about that. However, would recommend soundproofing of some kind around the connecting doors as screaming could be heard from an adjacent room. Otherwise it was quiet and peaceful. A happy time.

This hotel reflected all other reviews and exceeded my expectations. It was a very quiet and peaceful stay with exceptional cleanliness in the rooms and entire property. Compliments to the chefs and all staff for the kind and respectful hospitality. Special shout out to Dipinder who’s housekeeping skills were top notch and went out of his way to greet us in the halls daily and asked if we needed anything more. I would definitely stay here again in the future and I had no idea there was a mall connected to the property until I got there which served us many purposes and of course convenience.
