"We booked the Club Room, in order to get access to the Club Lounge at 31st floor. But had the misfortune of getting the room (3204) right above the lounge balcony, where people were smoking (and occasionally speaking loudly) so the smoke could be smelled inside the room clearly. Nevertheless after reporting about this, they fortunately gave us another (bigger) room, though from lower floors, which was also in much better condition. The breakfast was quite diverse, but recommend going there outside the peak hours around 8:30-9:30am. The (small) pool area is nice, but the sun shines only for 2-3 hours in the afternoon."

"Staff was super friendly and helpfull with anything we needed, breakfast was lovely with a little varience between days. Location is the best possible. We also enjoyed massage at the spa very much. Only down side was that loud music could be heard up to the 22nd floors room at night since there are some clubs nearby."
