”VERY UNRELIABLE My confirmed reservation 7/9-7/11 which i made a month earlier was not accomodated and was cancelled during the time we were checking in…The property owner and his staff were not able to provide us with VALID reason what happened…VERY dissapointing and its noteworthy to mention that it was raining so hard at that time in BAGUiO and i was travelling with a senior and a baby that we had to look for another accomodatiom at that very moment…NEVER AGAIN…..”

”This stay was lovely, with aircon in all rooms, and short drive to nice beaches. There are a few things however that the description lied about. The villa is a 15 minute drive to Alona beach, not a 10 minute walk. The only beach within walking distance is the docking area for boats, and is dirty in general. Also, they charge 300pesos per 12 hours of use for the washing machine, so keep in mind that it is not included. For the cost of the house however our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable....

The Property Manager (Anthony Rose) was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions in timely manner. Check in and Check out was very flexible and easy, as long as no one was booked before or after our party. All amenities mentioned were available.
