”First time in a hostel so there was a learning curve finding out that you have to bring your own soap and towels. You can rent towels though so it wasn't too big of a deal. The thing that made up for all of it was the social aspect. Most everyone is down to hangout and do stuff ”

”It served as a safe harbor with a bed. That's all we were looing for. Hotels.com had the wrong address, so we had to call the hostel to find the location. A little less than we expected in terms of number of showers and toilets. Staff was friendly, and we met other travelers. Some tiny ants in the room near any food left outside the fridge.”

Doesn't feel royal -they should renovate the place
"This resort is really outdated (atleast the tower were we stayed – they were doing some renovations there though) We were happy that we only booked one night. It is really close to Kailua-Kona center (but was quiet still which was great), so it was walkable and the trolley takes you to some beaches. "
