”The dining room and terrace of the hotel is breathtaking by having wide views of mountains. Staff at reception are great: always polite and smiling. ”We had 2 bookings with Expedia for 3 rooms at this hotel, but upon arrival, we were informed by the hotel staff that they have only received 1 booking from Expedia. Instead of throwing us out in the cold (like many other hotels would probably do), they did all the hard work for us by calling Expedia to solve this problem, which is of no fault of theirs. ”Nice place to stay in Kazbegi, the property was sufficient in most ways. Close to the main road which has restaurants and taxis available. Beds were good. Room was clean Points to improve would be - hot water. Hot water was available but mostly it was warm to regular only.
