Yes most of our rooms are oriented towards couples and have King Size beds etc for a romantic holiday. But we do also have a limited number of rooms for traveling friends (two beds0 and families (suites) as well :-) Team Pacific OUR PHILOSOPHY AND GOALS : In 2018 we completed review driven goal oriented renovation of our 33 room resort. Based on Guest Feedback our design goal was to provide a Boutique 5 Star Resort at reasonable rates. We do this by carefully evaluating what Guests really use and what they don’t. Therefore we are now rated as a 4.5 Star Resort because in a small resort it’s impossible to fulfill some 5 Star requirements such as two completely separately branded restaurants with different menus etc. as it would drive costs up too high. We appreciate all Guest Feedback regarding what is important to You, our Guests, so we can continue to provide exactly what 5 star travelers want and need at the lowest price possible. Most importantly we CAN provide the service Guests expect in a 5 star property, we can pamper you with Turndown service and almost anything you want :-) Thanks for checking us out !!!

The room you got was actually an upgrade because it had a small kitchenette, but however rather than king bed it has a queen bed. Most folks are really happy with it and book the same room year after year. We have partnered with DreamMaster which is the worldwide top 5 star bedding manufacturer for over 15 years now as the owner is my friend. The decision about firmness was a major consideration and we chose to go with the specs used by JW Marriott and many other 5 star resorts worldwide. However we also understand some folks like super plush, so we have latex toppers on request so we can deliver that super plush experience for folks who prefer it. Because we’re small we can serve Guest preferences better than a large resort. We recommend if you’re looking for a large resort, pls check some other options.Our happiest Guests researched for a Boutique destination full service 4.5 Star resort at a reasonable price surrounded by nature but within reasonable walking distance (10-15 minutes) of the Beach and Town. Our happiest Guests appreciate our SkyPool and reasonably priced services: Laundry, Food & Beverage, Spa Services (both complimentary and paid), Tour Bookings etc. Many say they never felt a need to leave the resort.Although Google walking times are 11 minutes to the beach and 13 minutes to Karon Village Center (using the new shortcut), We would like to note transportation options:* Please note 5 minutes walking from our driveway, you can be on the Nong Harn Lake footpath which is the largest beachside park in Phuket.* Our complimentary Beach Shuttle runs 2 times daily* Use phone App like Bolt or Grab. As per our discussion I have submitted a request to remove this review due to off topic content regarding a Geo Political crisis over which we have no control.It's true we have a mix of Guests from worldwide and we welcome them all without pre-judgement. Russians account for about 15% of our Guests and they are mostly families just like yours and mine.
