Hotel is very nice, comfortable and clean. Complimentary 50$ was about impossible to use and beaware that resort cost applies to all pools and is activated with room key automatically at pool doors. We were missing the info avout hotel services and proper map.

Very convenient for show at the sphere. Obviously tons of stimulation. Tough to get service on the phone, but ok. Sometimes tough to get reservations at marquee restaurants but other places available If you like the buzz its cool. Second time there. I'd recommend to others but next i might try the Bellagio.

It is not worth what they charge; I’ve stayed in nicer Holiday Inn hotels. They did not have a lot of instructions or information about checkout or services. Overall, wouldn’t recommend. They’re trying to sell themselves as luxury when they’re definitely not. I do appreciate the large rooms and the unique facilities elsewhere. But save your money and go elsewhere.

My only complaint would be the lack of available chairs at the pool. Although it was a holiday weekend, everything was reserved.

Staying at the Venetian was a treat! From check-in to check-out , the whole experience was a breeze! We stayed at the Prestige Club Lounge Luxury Two Queen Suite. The room was delightfully clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable (not soft) and the bathroom was stacked with all the required accessories. The suite is huge and has a good living area / work space. The room aesthetics were tasteful and the city view was great (the view down the window is breathtaking too). There is no tea / coffee in the room. Don't even expect an electric kettle. Our deal included breakfast and evening drinks and snacks. We could get beverages and water all day but had to go to the prestige lounge to get them. which was not a big deal! Not the best of food variety but totally worth. The only downside was that on one of the days, there was all meat and no vegetarian snack at all in the evening. We did point that out to the staff but that was the chef's biased call, I guess. This was not expected at a 5-star world famous resort hosting thousands of guests from different cultures. The lounge staff was extremely polite and here i would mention our server, Mary, who was ever smiling and brought us some amazing cocktails and mocktails. On the day, when we couldn't get any vegetarian snack to eat in the evening, one of the servers quickly brought us some delicious fresh cut fruit. That was true hospitality! Outside the room, the hotel is an experience to savour. Beautiful and grand decor, huge

The front desk clerk by the name of Michael was excellent. I had a few hiccups. He fixed him along with Dayanna and I am grateful. I definitely will stay there again. It was Mother’s Day weekend and the girls and I had a ball. We got a complementary upgrade to a really nice sweet, it was nice. We ate at a phenomenal restaurant.

Loved staying at The Venetian. It was a great mid-Strip location. It's a fabulous theme...plenty of creature comforts, including the gondaliers! Enjoyed Prestige Club for our weekend stay...hot breakfast and Happy Hour with drinks and finger food. So many dining options...fabulous lunch at The X Pot to celebrate my 50th Birthday. Vegas is the perfect "over the top" place to make memories!

Little bit of a maze to get to the rooms from the lobby but that’s really not a big issue if you enjoy walking like my husband and me. Everything else about this property is just spectacular. Dining, shopping, pools, atmosphere… I could go on and on. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Vegas to choose this hotel. Ideal particularly for couples, as the canals make it uber romantic. Iconic in every way!!!

It has been years since our last stay, the room and hotel seemed outdated and worn. Especially our room. I wish the Concerige would have told us we were paying a very high premium for tkts to the Sphere, when we could've paid under $79 per tkt. we paid over $150. for an hour and half movie. Sorry to say, our next visit will be to try a new hotel.

For what we paid for a room, we expect decent service. The order of coffee took 45 mins to get delivered. Then we ordered plates and utensils which were charged per item and delivered 1 hour later. Nickle and diming for these was very off putting and the service was non existent. Needless to say, please find a place to stay elsewhere.

We had a lovely stay as usual. We love the Venetian for it's amenities and proximity to everything. The food options are are always excellent. We noticed some new upgrades to the pool loungers and tables from last visit which was nice.
