”It was an amazing stay. Our only complaint was that the washing machine was not plugged in and required someone to come and remove the cabinet door to pull it out and plug it in. It was promptly taken care of once we reported it. ”

”Needed more stop bys for house keeping, trash builds up quickly. Whoever designed the tub/shower arrangement was incompetent. I am average height and the shower head height was at the middle of my chest. A little more information about how to use equipment (ie the combo washer/dryer for us from North America) would also be handy. ”The apartment was great! It was very clean and comfortable. Staff was fantastic! They made check-in very easy for us. Beware! The area around the apartment is rough. Lots of disruptions and loud parties all through the night. Didnt feel safe going out at night. Not an area for families with young kids. We had 3 adultish children and it was still rough.”

”This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!”

”The property all on ground floor which was great close to the hospital. It was local to where we were meeting relatives for a long weekend away. Very clean and well heated and wifi was ok. Only negatives were we couldnt find a toaster or a wire grill to toast in oven and after contacting host re hairdryer was told in was broken. Luckily I washed by hair the day we travelled and its just about ok 3 days later. Would have took mine if known but itinery specified one.”

"The basic room was neat but wasnt exactly clean - we found trash in the corners of the bed and the carpet wasnt vaccuumed properly. Hotel’s location was amazing and we enjoyed the breakfast! It would be nice to somehow get light inside the room in the morning without opening the ’bathroom’ shade."
